It's been more than a year since we have been honoring the physiques of women in sports, fitness and entertainment (mostly sports). After a tumultuous 2020 with a health pandemic, racial tension, domestic terrorism and a wild election, we have had time to take a breath in 2021 and appreciate some of the most productive women on earth.

For our second edition of the 2021 fall season, we have an interview of one of the most featured women in our previous seasons, Ashley Worford. We thought she was done with track and field but we found out that her return to the sport is coming. We also feature a few other women in sports and entertainment in continuation of what we genuinely believe is the most beautiful year of all-time!

Bralynne Hughes

Years back Bralynne Hughes was a high school track star, now days she is a fashion model who is gaining a bigger following by the day. She now has over 78,000 followers on TikTok and over 31,000 followers on Instagram.

Nneka Obiazor

After a successful freshman year at Youngstown State, Nneka Obiazor will compete at UNLV during the 2021-22 basketball season. Last year she averaged 15.3 points and 8.1 rebounds per game.

Arius Williams

Arius Williams is a sprinter at Arizona State. The native of Dallas, Texas shined last season at the Canyon Invitational where she was on the winning 1,600-meter relay squad and runner-up in the 400 meters.

Ashley Worford

Winners Only: How are things and what are you doing these days?

Ashley Worford: I’m at that age in life where you’re finding yourself and finding what I’m passionate about. I’m actually committing to my new school soon so I’m just focused on training and getting ready to get back on the track and finish up my eligibility.

Whoa that's news. We thought you were done with track. Where are you and when do you plan on returning to action?

I’m currently back in Michigan and I was supposed to head to my new school next semester but I’m thinking next fall is better for me

So you said you are finding what you are passionate about. Have you found your passions?

No not quite yet. I know I’m a people person but that’s about it.

You are in the early stages of womanhood. Tell us some of the positives of being a confident and body positive woman in these times.

Well I always like to remind people that Instagram glorifies all the “best” parts of peoples lives. It’s a process in becoming confident. It’s so easy to look like you have your life together and confident on social media. I’m still learning to love me.

Looking at my page it is easy to tell I love my body but I’m working everyday to reach my own personal body goals I’m the gym. Being a muscular female hasn’t always been easy but you really just have to own it and if you don’t like it, change it. I’m a big believer in using the gym to your benefit.

Some positives are definitely loving myself more and not caring how others view me. Someone’s always going to have something to say so [you have to learn to] keep it pushing. I also love being a natural body inspiration for other women.

So to solve the mystery, what school will you be running for next or do we have to wait and see?

Due to it being up in the air still, you’ll have to wait and see.

Finally you are one of our more featured people in our hottest bods series. How much does it mean if anything at all to be celebrated for your physique and overall success?

I love reading your articles! It’s actually a big honor. I haven’t reached all my goals yet but it’s truly gratifying seeing it. It’s always a great feeling to be appreciated for hard work.
