Celeb Fun

part 402

By Forest GreenPublished 2 months ago • 3 min read

The afternoon sun beat down on Jerry’s small sailboat, making the turquoise water around them sparkle like scattered jewels. Rita, perched on the bow with her legs dangling, laughed as a playful wave splashed her bare calves. “This is life, Jerry! No deadlines, no emails, just this.”

Jerry grinned from the helm, adjusting his sunglasses. “Told you this would be better than another Sunday brunch. Besides, you needed some vitamin D.” He watched her for a moment, her usually vibrant pink bikini top now slightly damp from the spray, clinging in a way that left little to the imagination. He’d known Rita for years, since college, and their friendship was a comfortable, easy thing, devoid of awkward silences or unspoken expectations. Or so he thought.

Suddenly, Rita frowned, tugging at the strap of her top. “Ugh, this thing is riding up. And it’s digging in. I should have worn the other one.” She paused, then, with a decisive shrug, added, “Hold on a sec, I’m just going to change it.”

Jerry blinked. “Change it? Here?” The boat was small, just them in the middle of a vast, empty stretch of ocean. There wasn’t exactly a changing room.

Before he could offer a sarcastic suggestion about using a towel, Rita was already halfway there. With practiced ease, she unhooked the back clasp of her pink top. The fabric fell away, revealing her breasts, perfectly framed by the sun-drenched sky and the endless blue. Jerry’s breath hitched. He tried to look nonchalant, to focus on the horizon, but his eyes kept darting back.

Rita, completely unselfconscious, plucked a new, vibrant yellow bikini top from her beach bag. She held it up, inspecting it. “This one’s much softer,” she declared, her voice completely even, as if discussing the weather. She then proceeded to thread the straps, her movements fluid and unhurried. The sun caught the curve of her back, the smooth line of her shoulders, and the gentle sway of her chest as she worked.

Jerry felt a warmth spread through him that had nothing to do with the sun. It wasn’t lust, not exactly, but something far more potent – an unexpected jolt of awareness, a sudden, sharp appreciation for the unguarded beauty of the moment, and of Rita herself. She wasn't trying to be provocative; she was just being Rita, in her element, completely at ease.

Finally, the yellow top was secured. She stretched, a satisfied sigh escaping her lips. “Ah, much better! See? No more digging.” She glanced back at Jerry, a playful glint in her eyes. “What? You’ve seen a bra before, haven’t you?”

Jerry just chuckled, a little too quickly. “Yeah, Rita. Plenty. Just never quite like that.” The unspoken implication hung in the air between them, light and warm, like the sea breeze. He knew, in that moment, their friendship had just sailed into uncharted, and surprisingly exciting, waters.

With a fluid, almost casual motion, Rita unhooked her bikini top. The vibrant fabric fell away, a colorful discarded shell. Her breasts, full and defiant, were instantly exposed to the afternoon sun, to the gentle sea breeze, and to the immediate, collective gasp of a few nearby sunbathers.

It wasn't a provocative pose. There was no theatricality. She simply stood there, laughing, completely unbothered, as if shedding a piece of clothing on a crowded beach was as mundane as taking off her sunglasses. She ran her fingers through her wet hair, tossing it back, her eyes sparkling with unadulterated joy. A slight smirk played on her lips, as if daring anyone to make an issue of it.

As Rita’s friends quickly handed her a towel, draping it casually over her, they lowered their camera, a silent reverence washing over her. She knew this wouldn't just be another photo for her editor.
