I am passionate about the many benefits that massage has to offer in terms of health, fitness, and performance. I have a strong interest in enhancing the human body through therapeutic use of modalities such as Deep Tissue, Sports, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, myofascial massage, stretching, and nutritional support through nutrition education.

I am a registered professional with the NCBTMB and am licensed in the state of NC. I have been in private practice since 2014. I believe in the healing power of touch and the ability of healing to improve the body’s overall health and wellbeing. In addition to my massage therapy practice, I am a passionate organizer for groups that provide wellness education, therapeutic massage and energy work.

I am a clinical massage therapist, licensed in the state of Washington, practicing under some of the best in-house practitioners. I can offer clinical massage services, either at a studio or with a client. Integrate a variety of modalities and techniques to create a customized massage to meet the needs and goals of each individual. I am a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Averett Community College, with a 4.0 GPA, and I am currently pursuing my certification as a clinical massage therapist.
