People often say: people should have a normal heart! But not many people can understand the ordinary mind, in fact, the "ordinary mind" and the Buddhist view of the practice of impermanence is not two. If one is persistent, he or she will seek for the constant self. The ordinary mind is the mind that is flat and constant, which is the "changeless mind". If a person has a normal mind, he or she will have a mind of forgetfulness and selflessness. If people forget themselves, no ego, they will be selfless, they will not benefit themselves, they will be selfless, they will be full of positive energy for the country and the people. If people do not have me, they will not be greedy because of me, they will not be arrogant because I have no one, they will not be jealous because they have no one, and they will not become a villain, they will be full of positive energy, and they will enhance the realm of doing things. The ordinary mind is the spiritual state of being a human being in the world, and the practice of impermanence is the Buddhist practice of being out of the world. It seems that there is a common ground between the world and the worldly world, and the common ground is actually "no-self". Since the world and the worldly world are the same as "no-self", where is I?
