New York. Early 1940s. Many of the kids in there preferred to play indoors, since they are afraid of what was outside that could catch them. No, it wasn't any stranger or a mad dog or something. Worse than that, it was the child who put fear on everyone else around the block.

Her name was Veronica Ganz. She's always up to bully any kind of wimp, or mean popular girl, or just anyone who dared to be on her way. She knows all kinds of tricks to embarrass her victims. That's why they're afraid of her. She's never been humiliated all her life. That is, until HE arrived...

Peter Wedemeyer. Even if you didn't know him well, you could see that he's just as much of a bully as Veronica is. The kids are now more scared than ever, one bully was already enough, and now there's two of them?!

But he was different. The kids still were surprised at what he was capable of. He hasn't beaten up any of them for now, but rather focused on provoking Veronica. They know well that messing with the bull will make it use its horns on you, but he just didn't care, and went ahead anyway.

Eventually, they started to admire him somewhat, as he was always able to upstage her and put her on her place. Obviously, she wouldn't let this new guy take her position as the resident bully. She has to fight him to show who's the boss around here. Luckily, he had never found a way to publicly humiliate her.

Well, until an oddly calm, sunny day came. Peter was just laying his shoulders on a pole, as if waiting for something to show up. And that something seemed to eventually came, as Veronica was walking up to him from the left.

Once they met eye to eye, they stared at each other like a western duel from a movie was about to begin. "Hey, you wimp. What do you want?", she said to him. "What? I don't want anything. I'm just here to think of my future, watching the things around me... am I not allowed to do that? Gee...", he said.

"Well, this is MY street, and you're blocking my my way. And if you don't scram right now, i'm gonna pummel you into pieces." Veronica threatened Peter. "Nah, i don't feel like it. Why don't you just go over me, I'm not an obstacle.", he said. "You don't tell me what to do! Alright, you asked for it!", she was about to punch him, and yet he showed no signs of fear. Some of the kids eventually decided to come out of their houses to see what will happen.

But what she (and nobody else) didn't know, was that Peter was strategically placed. He wasn't just there. On the place he was a small bush from which would make an excellent way to give Veronica a good taste of humiliation. All he needed to do, was to distract her to make it work.

"Wait!", he shouted when her fists were about to hit his face. "What now?!", she angrily asked. "Your shoes are untied.", he said, pointing down to them. Veronica, naively believing in him, bent over to check if they're really untied. Peter then took the time and opportunity to tiptoe his way past her. When he came back, he had brought a goat called Gabby as part of his plan.

Just in time, Veronica noticed that her shoes were looking fine and tidy, and that Peter had fooled her. "Hey, my shoes are tied! You lied to me, you-what?! Where?", she said, trying to spot him. Peter then was heard saying "CHARGE!" while Gabby's bleating as it obeyed him, as Veronica only had the time to see what was coming to her.

She was then headbutted by Gabby and fell straight into the bushes. Peter smirked at her predicament, as his plan really worked the way he wanted. After a moment of silence, the kids bursted in laughter, some even cheered at his accomplishment.

Veronica, meanwhile, could only been seeing struggling, as she was trying to get out of the bush. "Hrrggh. Mmmmm, rrrrrrr. I swear to God, when I get out of here, I'll put my hands on you...", she said, her voice a bit muffled.

Everyone else just watched in glee as Veronica proceeed to wiggle her butt all around to get out, but it seemed like the bush wasn't in the mood to let her away.

And of course, due to all that moving, her pink panties were exposed as clear as as that sunny day, debunking the theory that she had no pants. Peter then had an idea. He gathered all the kids and whispered something in their ears. Veronica could only imagine what they had in mind for her and hope it wouldn't embarrass her even more.

But alas, Peter has organized a line of waiting kids to kick Veronica in the fanny. He charged 25 bucks for them to do it, some even tried to cut in line and/or wanted to do it again. What was satisfying for them all, was very awkward for her, as she could only mumble "OW!" each time she received a kick.

Their fun wasn't over however, as Peter changed the motifs to 'Give Veronica a Wedgie'. Soon enough, they went even more eager to do it, as she could only groan in pain at her panties being pulled, then put back, then pulled again, over and over.

While there were not smartphones back then, nor they had felt the need to take a old-fashioned photo with a camera or record it on film, that day would be forever preserved on their minds, as they've finally saw their biggest bully getting just desserts.

And, as the final part of his 'Humiliate Veronica' plan, he and the kids gathered together to form a chorus. Peter started by vocalizing "I see London, I see France..." The others then completed the phrase in unison. "I see Veronica's underpants..."

Veronica, hearing this from inside the bush, demanded them to stop, to no avail. "Hey! Quit the singing, and get me out!", she furiously kicked her legs while one of them lifted up her skirt to make sure her panties were always visible. "Nah, I'd say you look fine the way you are." Peter said. "At least she can't hurt us.", one of the kids whispered to him, and they both giggled.

Veronica then proceeds to mumble away while continuing to kick her legs, while the group of children still keep singing that embarrassing song to the stuck bully.
