In theory, if one were to travel at extremely high speeds or near a massive gravitational body, they might experience time differently from someone in a different reference frame. However, this doesn't quite fit the traditional idea of time travel where one can go backward or forward at will.

Wormholes: Wormholes are theoretical passages through spacetime that could potentially allow for shortcuts between different points in space and time. They are often depicted in science fiction as portals for time travel. However, the existence of wormholes remains speculative, and there are many challenges and unanswered questions regarding their stability and practicality for time travel.
