It's hard to say why Cara started doing it. She studied photography at university. She got a bachelor's degree and was really quite talented. Talent doesn't pay the bills though. When she was unable to go out to work because of her own over-imaginative and anxious mind, she started photographing shards of meth for dealers to post on the dark web to accompany their sales pages.

One day, her mother visited and saw the photos on the laptop, ready for editing.

'Those diamonds must be worth a fortune,' Mum said.

Cara smiled. She had no idea.
