Recently there is a strange thing in the forest, the night sky stars every night will be one less, the first to find this thing is the little fox.

Why would the little fox care about this kind of thing that no one cares about? It turns out that the little fox planted grapes are almost ripe, he stared at these green grapes every day drooling, he really like to eat grapes, but now can not eat, and finally lead to their regular insomnia.

So, the little fox used the most primitive method, every night lying under the grapevine to count the stars, one star, two stars, three stars ...... When the little fox counted enough 3000, the little fox snored to sleep.

But this time, when the little fox counted to 2999 stars, but could not find the 3000th star, to the next day, only 2998 stars left, the little fox continuous observation for several days, found that every day will be less than yesterday a star.

Now the little fox began to be anxious, if this continues, the stars in the sky less and less, after they will not be sleepless again?

The little fox's eyes twinkling: "Who must have stolen the stars, see how I find you out."

The little fox put a wooden fence around the vine, took his backpack and dry food and set out.

On the first day, the fox went to the giraffe's house first, because the giraffe has a long neck and can see far, maybe he knows who stole the star.

"Mr. Giraffe, do you know who stole the stars?"

"What? Are there fewer stars? I see a lot of stars in the night sky, how can there be less?" The giraffe looked up at the starry sky and forgot to sing, "The brightest star in the night sky, can you remember, once walked with me, disappeared in the wind, I pray to have a transparent heart ......"

"Thank you, Mr. Giraffe." The little fox shook his head and walked away.

The next day, the little fox went to the owl, because she had been up all night, maybe she knew who had stolen the star.

"Ms. Owl, do you know who stole the star?"

"Not me, not me, I only catch mice to eat these days, and the orangutan is too big for me to catch." The owl was alarmed, "Is it the mother gorilla who is looking around for her baby?"

"Mama Gorilla?" The little fox scratched the back of his head, "No, I'm the one looking for stars, and I lose one every night."

"Then you should ask the orangutan's good friend, the elephant, maybe he knows."

"Thank you, Ms. Owl." The little fox shook his head and walked away.

On the third day, the little fox went to see the elephant, but he was a little curious how the star still had a good friend.

"Mr. Elephant, do you know who stole the star?"

"No one stole me, huh?" A chimpanzee suddenly came out from behind the elephant, "I was sneaking out to play with my friends, is my mother looking for me?"

The little fox suddenly realized, crying and laughing.

"No no no, I mean the stars in the sky, there is one less every day, do you know who stole them?"

The elephant and the chimpanzee both shook their heads.

The little fox sighed and shook his head too.

"Thank you all anyway, I'll go look for it again."

The little fox searched many places but couldn't find it, so finally he had to go home. By this time the grapevine was full of red grapes and the little fox counted the stars again.

"2901, my goodness, so long without counting the stars, there are actually so many less."

A rustling sound came from the grass.

"Who's there?"

A little head poked out, and it turned out to be a little rabbit.

The little rabbit jumped and ran over and poked the little fox with a red face: "I heard that you like to count stars, so I picked 99 stars and gave them to you, hoping you would like them."

The little rabbit gave him a glass jar, which was indeed filled with 99 shining stars.

The little fox took it: "So that's it, thank you little rabbit, but I don't need to count stars now."

The little fox put all the stars in the glass jar, and suddenly the stars shone, reflecting the red and flushed faces of the two people.

"So ...... did I do something useless." The little rabbit lowered his head and kicked the small stones on the ground.

"Of course not." The little fox plucked a bunch of grapes from the grapevine and gave them to her, "You used 99 stars to get a super sweet bunch of grapes then."

The little rabbit tasted it, and it was super sweet!
