Once upon a time, there was a king who had been married to the queen for a long time, but neither had children. Therefore, both of them were very eager to have a child.

One day, when the queen was bathing by the lake, a frog appeared. The frog said to the queen, "You will have children, and you will be a beautiful princess!" The queen was very happy when she heard this, and when she went back, she told the king about it. Although the official letter did not believe it, she was still very happy.

However, after a while, the queen really became pregnant. In less than a year, the queen gave birth to a princess. The princess was very beautiful, and the king and queen were very happy.

In order to celebrate the arrival of the first princess, the king prepared to hold a grand banquet. He invited all the ministers and royal relatives, and also, prepared to invite the fairies to the celebration banquet.

However, the problem arose, because there were thirteen fairies in total, and there were only twelve silver plates used by the fairies. After thinking about it, the king decided not to invite the wicked fairy.

On the day of the banquet, the fairies were all dressed up very beautifully and came to the feast with their blessings.

When the eleventh fairy offered her blessing, suddenly, the uninvited bad fairy appeared and cursed: "You all look down on me, I will take revenge on the princess, when the princess is fifteen years old, she will be stabbed by a textile needle and die.

When everyone heard the curse of the bad fairy, they were all very surprised and frightened, afraid that the curse of the bad fairy would come true.

Fortunately, the twelfth fairy had not yet offered her blessing, so she said, "Don't worry, everyone, the princess won't die, but she will be asleep for a hundred years.

In this way, everyone was relieved. However, after the banquet, the king ordered all the spinning utensils in the country to be collected and burned.

Days passed, and the princess was like a wander blessed by eleven fairies. She was beautiful and gentle, and everyone seemed to have long forgotten the curse of the evil fairy.

On the Lord's Day when the princess was fifteen years old, the king and queen happened to be away from home. The princess walked up and down the city alone, and finally, she came to an ancient tower in the castle.

The princess walked into the ancient tower, and there was a small room on the top of the tower. The princess saw an old woman inside, weaving thread desperately. The princess had never seen a spinning tool, and thought it was very strange. So, unknowingly, she stretched out her handclip, but was stabbed by a spinning needle.

The princess was stabbed by a textile needle, and suddenly, the princess fell to the ground in a coma and fell asleep. The curse cursed by the evil fairy fifteen years ago finally became a reality.

While the princess was asleep, something incredible happened in the castle at the same time. Everything in the castle fell asleep, including the king and queen who had just returned to the castle, the soldiers and horses in the castle, the cook in the kitchen, the servants, the garden, the birds, the cats, and even the fire in the fireplace magically fell asleep.

The surroundings of the castle were slowly covered with thorns, and the thorns completely wrapped the castle densely.

This strange thing soon spread to many neighboring countries. Everyone knew that there was a princess sleeping in the castle. Although she was sleeping, she was still quite beautiful, so everyone called her "Sleeping Beauty".

There are princes from many countries who want to enter the castle and rescue the sleeping princess, but they are all entangled in thorns and cannot enter.

Time passed like this. One day, a prince appeared outside the castle and said to himself, "What's so terrible about thorns! I must go in and save Sleeping Beauty."

His attendants advised him not to go, because over the years, many people have tried without success, and some even lost their lives for this.

But the prince did not listen to the persuasion of his attendants and insisted on entering the castle. When he came to the castle, a strange thing happened. The thorns surrounding the castle slowly and automatically opened as if inviting a prince. It turned out that this day happened to be the day when the princess slept for a hundred years.

After the prince entered the quiet castle, he searched everywhere for traces of Sleeping Beauty, and finally came to the ancient tower. The prince climbed to the top room, and as soon as he opened the door, he saw a girl lying there. He thought to himself, "Isn't that the beautiful Sleeping Beauty?"

The prince looked at the sleeping princess and couldn't help but kiss the princess. At this moment, the princess opened her big watery eyes and stared at the prince intently. Sleeping Beauty is resurrected!

Not long after the princess woke up, the king and queen, as well as the people in the castle, also woke up one after another.

The bird flew back into the field, and the fire in the fireplace was blazing again; the soldiers, cooks, and servants also woke up and went to work.

In this way, Sleeping Beauty married the prince, and held a very grand wedding ceremony. Since then, they have lived happily ever after.
