I became worried about my safety but he said 'It's okay. Just be cautious, and Liam? Don't drink the water.' Puzzled and conflicted about this person and their message I hear the last call for my name. I head to the room for my check-up and I met the doctor. He begins the basics but stops, he says, 'You look dehydrated, you should have more water' with a cup from behind him. Despite my thirst, I reject the water. He said the nurse just brought it and poured it out of the refrigerated bottles but I remain firm.

The Reduction-The doctor
He proceeds with the check-up but asks how my day has been. I recount the events while excluding the strange man in the waiting room. He asks, 'I hope the wait was not too long. I know impatience can run some people mad'. I tell him despite my appointment, the wait has been acceptable. He tells me, 'Steer clear of unacceptable things like that dangerous bike path you ride on…but no broken bones today.' I leave my checkup with bandages and some pain medication but still, I see the strange man outside.
