Daisy West was out shopping for her favorite ice cream when she ran into her best friend Melo on the way home. Daisy has been invited to Melo's birthday party on November 2nd. They both grow up together and do everything together, which is why she feels regrets not accompanying Melo on the adventure because she needs to care for her father, who has lung cancer and has only 6 months to live.

On Melo's birthday, she bought her favorite chocolate cake. After the party, everyone went home except Daisy, who had a lot to talk about with Melo because they hadn't met in almost 2 months due to Melo going on an adventure, so she asked Daisy to stay overnight.

Melo told Daisy about the Mystery book and what happened to her during the adventure, but she didn't tell anyone else except her best friend Daisy. Daisy isn't interested in the mystery book; she's only concerned about her father, who is in the hospital.

The hospital called her in the morning and told her that her father's illness was worsening and that she should prepare because her father appeared to be unable to live for more than a month. After hearing the doctor's news, she was terrified to lose her father because her mother died in a car accident six years ago and her father is the only person she has now.

Daisy goes to Melo for help and asks where she can find that Mystery book; she wants to ask the book, "Is there any other way to curse her father's illness?" So Melo decides to assist her. The next day, they both go to that village together because the last time Melo traveled almost 2 months to reach there, and Daisy's father cannot wait that long. Fortunately, Melo has discovered a short way to get there in just a week.

After arriving at the old house, Melo leads Daisy to the hidden Red Door. Daisy is given an answer in the mystery book that her father's illness can be treated through surgery, but no one has done that surgery before, so there is still hope. When Daisy was about to leave she saw one book that catch her eye near that grimoire book. When Melo is reading another book, Daisy puts the book in the bag and tells Melo she is ready to leave, but when she exits the Red Door, Daisy vanishes with the book, and Melo realizes Daisy stole the book.
