In the forest there lived a goat, who was very strong and hardworking. However, it did not like to study when it was young, so it did not have much cultural knowledge. But this does not affect it much, because it has a pair of hardworking hands.

When spring came, it got up early and worked hard to open a piece of land and planted many pumpkins, watermelons, gourds, and loofahs in it.

After a few days, the seeds sprouted first, white and tender. The goat was so happy that he went to the field every day to see and water them.

One day, the goat thought: Why do I water them, they always seem to drink enough, I have to give them more water so that they grow up quickly. So the goat drained a lot of water into the ground until the water was almost too much for the seeds to sprout, and then he was satisfied.

However, the next day, it came to the ground to see, those buds rotten a lot, it felt very sad: how can it turn out like this. But from then on, it no longer dares to put so much water into the ground.

After some more days, pumpkin vines, and watermelon vines are climbing all over the ground, and loofah and gourd melons also climbed up the shelf.

The goat was happy this time and thought, "I'm going to have a great harvest this year. So it put the fertilizer into the ground desperately. It hummed a song while fertilizing as if it was full of big pumpkins, round watermelons, long loofahs, and gourds like the wine gourd carried by Ti Kuan Li.

Indeed, after some days, the growth of those melon vines and leaves is getting better and better. From a distance, dark green, dark green, in the sunlight, shining black oil light. But day by day, those melon vines on a melon did not bear. The goat was very anxious: did he choose a bad seed? But the white rabbit next door had chosen the same seeds, so why did he have so many melons in his field?

When he got home, the goat couldn't eat his meal because he was thinking about it. When the goat's grandmother found out about this, she said to him, "Son, some time ago, I saw you fertilize the melon a lot, did you fertilize too much so that the melon only grows leaves and vines and does not bear melons." The goat listened and felt strange: why did too much fertilizer will not bear melons? But doubt is doubt, it has to believe the truth.

After some days, the goat saw many worms on the leaves. He thought, "I won't be so stupid this time. So it immediately rode its bicycle to the store to buy a few bottles of pesticides back, regardless of three or seven, sprayed up. But those pesticides sprayed on the leaves, the leaves immediately all withered. The goat was so frustrated that he sat on the ground and cried. At this time, the white rabbit uncle came over, saw the scene, and said to the goat: "Little nephew goat, a bucket of water how can you put half a bottle of pesticide down? This instruction manual clearly states that a bucket of water can only put two or three spoons of so much down?" The goat said, "Well, I can't read those words." After the white rabbit understood what was going on, he said to him, "Son, nowadays, society needs knowledge, and it is not possible without knowledge. There are hard-working hands in addition to scientific knowledge after you go to read a book!" The goat listened, remembered a series of frustrations, and nodded vigorously a few times.
