“We should get moving. I feel like the peace here will be short-lived,” Gregor said.
Jacob etched out the location of Eden and tucked the drawing into his satchel. He could have stood before the map for the rest of his days.
“Right. Let’s go,”
With that, Gregor led the way back down the mountains.
A cool, crisp night fell over Tehran as Sipahi calmly sipped his tea. He had been a soldier long before kings, and their empires, wormed their way into his home. This would be just another job, and who paid his fee was of little concern.
