Wolf Totem
The drums thumped in rhythm with Aiden’s heart beat. As he walked hand in hand with the red haired lady he twisted himself back to meet eyes with Pazuzu. The fire light of the torches made his shiny snake skin face almost sparkle, he smiled back at Aiden with a row of sharp pointed teeth, to reassure him everything would be just fine.

Life as we know it..
I rattled the key in the slot eventually forcing it to budge, as was the norm for most Chevy trucks. If you didn't have a sticky ignition, you had a broken ignition, but to my dismay not a single dash light came on, nor did Becky purr to life as she normally does.

The Hunt Begins
"By order of the Queen: we ride." How strange, this proclamation made by Scáthach in the Queen's stead. None had seen the Unseelie Queen; she kept to the top of her obsidian tower, shunning the world at large. It was incredibly suspect, yet none dared inquire after her. "Are there any questions?" Scáthach asked with quick authority, eager to move on. It was a token question meant to appease tradition, nothing more. None were expected nor desired to speak.

When Mark Nova Dissapeared
Mark Nova sat alone in his tree house in the middle of the night, the cool fall wind blowing the branches of the tree against the its frame, tapping against the wood like fingers on a desk. Fitting since Mark couldn't sleep and was contemplating what had happened today in Ms. Hexon's eighth grade class. It was unnatural.

Asylum of the Green Lights
So the initial start was questionable especially when every green light flashing and blinking seemed to take control of something on my body. Those green lights were controlling my every move including the blinking of my eyes. It seemed to be the bright green light that held my eye blinks to a measured rhythm, but it was the dark green light that managed my brain n body, thought n movement, forcing me to think that I am a robot or some kind of artificial human form being tested for specifically designed functioning purposes. No! I exclaimed loudly in my mind I can't be anything else, I am human, but I still had no authority over myself I was under control.

Into the Abyss.
Pulling off of the road to check my phone, I realise that I have very little battery left. “Great. I am lost and I have no means of direction if my phone dies!” The tears begin to flow, streaming down that of my face like droplets of rain would if it were to wash over the surface of glass. My mind races, navigating the spectrum of my comprehensive awareness in an attempt to find a rational meaning of that which has just unfolded, but only becoming further acquainted with its inability to make any sort of sense of the situation. “What the fuck am I going to do?” According to my maps, the nearest town is only ten minutes away. I decide to head there in the hopes that I may find a service station that which sells phone chargers.
