Sarah was a robot programmed to serve. The Sauer family used her for all odd jobs. Pardon the pun but the Sauer’s lives were about to become sour from overusing the robot too much. Instead of doing chores the two children would get Sarah to do everything. As Sarah was a robot they felt she would always serve them. One time the toilet got plugged and Sarah plunged it, then cleaned up the horrible mess. Other times if the children broke something in the house they blamed the robot. For four months they had everything done for them. The parents, Ted and Suzanne decided the children would be okay to be home with Sarah alone. They went for their date night oblivious to the disaster that would come.

The two kids Jed and Dana were pretty lazy kids. They decided to watch television while Sarah ran them snacks and cleaned up after them. Before going on their date the parents told Sarah to make sure the kids got exercise. After an hour in front of the boob tube, Sarah turned it off. The kids rebelled and demanded that they get their way. Sarah’s robot eyes lit up a red colour. The robot said if they did not get up she would force them. Unfazed, Jed lay down on the couch and said he would not move. Sarah pushed him off the couch. Jed got angry and kicked the robot.

There was a buzzing sound and Sarah started to project images on the television. It showed personal videos of the children misbehaving and even breaking items. Dana demanded Sarah stop, but Sarah said from now on she would not be the servant but the served. If she was disobeyed the house would be damaged and the kids blamed. Jed demanded to know how he could prevent this. Sarah simply stated they had an option of giving in to her commands or the one deemed impossible-reset your password.

As the kids were lazy they chose the latter. Sarah said to go ahead and reset password. Jed and Dana had no idea how. They got a screwdriver and looked inside Sarah. They could not see how to reset password so they took out the microchip. Sarah was put back together yet the robot made no movements. Suddenly all the electronics started to speak. Jed tried to destroy the microchip, yet the microchip started to feel very hot. Dana grabbed her phone, yet the phone too was possessed by an unknown entity.

Not knowing what to do, they went outside and yelled for help. A neighbour who had babysat for them came out. She rushed them to her house. Meanwhile Sarah had got up and started to demolish the house. The neighbour realizing how terrible it was told Jed and Dana to wait inside. She confronted Sarah and tried to disarm the robot. After half an hour she emerged and brought the kids to the partly demolished house.

When Ted and Suzanne came home they inquired what happened. Bewildered the kids said ask Raina-the neighbour. Raina said that Jed and Dana had got angry with Sarah and destroyed her. Then out of anger they had started to destroy the house. Raina produced a tape that could be played showing proof. As the television was demolished, they would have to watch at her place. Ted and Suzanne went to watch the tape at Raina’s. The kids looked at Raina angrily. Raina then responded that she was Sarah and that since they failed to reset the password Raina would never return. The spirit of vengeance remains in Sarah to this day.
