Catta the Bride

The mirror showed a reflection that wasn't my own.

The curse lady was wearing a beautiful white dress.

Excited for her wedding day with Pete.

****

When the dragon Cat landed next to Pete near the Forbidden Lake, the Dragon turned into a black cat.

The Cat asked Pete to walk with him away from the Forbidden Lake shore side.

“ I know you are here to ask me to fly you out of this Mirror. I am here to tell you that I cannot do it.” The dragon cat told Pete.

“Why not!I came in search of you for nothing!?” Pete shouted in frustration

“ You have every right to feel angry, I would too. The Emperor of the 7 realms would not allow it unless you marry his daughter.”The Cat Reply

“Why must I marry his daughter and who is his daughter?” Pete asked the cat

“ The Emperor’s Daughter is Catta. She is also called the Curse Lady. Your Grandmother would not marry the Emperor so your family is cursed and his daughter disfigured. If you and Catta get married both your curses will be remove.”The cat explain

“ This is absurd, how can a father put a curse on his own daughter?” he asked.

“There is no reasoning with him. He is a tyrant Emperor.”the cat agree.

“ I am sorry, I cannot help you. I have to go back to the Forbidden Lake. Good luck Pete you are going to need it. One more thing, Please do not buy anything from Granger or you will lost your life after giving up the 9 chances.”The cat warned Pete .

{No wonder I felt weak, when Granger took my ear for the map to get here. that deceptive Alien Troll!}

Pete thought to himself.

The Cat turned back into a Dragon and told Pete as he flew “ If you need me again just place a seashell in the water and I will surface out of the lake.”

Pete felt helpless but still trying to think of a solution to get out of the mirror.

He looked at his map and checked if the death tower was in it? Death Tower was at death valley realm and that would take a few days to get there. Pete had the torch that would keep him safe he thought and it did.

****

The Emperor was watching through another mirror and a different realm, making sure no one is helping Pete get out of the mirror.

“ He has no choice but to marry my daughter Catta.” Emperor Lazee said while laughing .

“You Goblins watch him, make sure no one stops him from getting to my daughter’s Tower.” He commanded his goblins.

The goblins went and carried out the Emperor’s orders.

Forest in the Mirror

Pete made a fire while he slept in the dark woods, under the purple clouds above. The sky seem to change colors all the time in this realm.

He had been walking for a day now. Thank goodness the berries were edible and they kept him hydrated.

The goblins flew him near the Death Tower while he was sleeping.

Pete woke up and wondered how he got to the Death Tower?

Catts was in the garden singing. She had a beautiful voice.

Catta was singing a sad song while stroking the black petal of the flower. tears were rolling down her face. She was very unpleasant to look at but she wore a beautiful yellow dress.

Catts beautiful yellow dress

Pete started to approach here. “Hello, my lady!”

Catta stop singing and turn around to face Pete.

“What are you doing here?”she asked Pete.

“ I am here to marry you, there is no other way out of here.” Pete told her.

“When do you want to get married? I assume the sooner the better?” She asked.

“ Yes , that would be great. I cannot wait to get out of this mirror.” He told her.

They started to make plans for their wedding.
