Once upon a time, a group of monkeys lived in a forest. There were also their two children in the group, who were so naughty that even their parents were very upset with them.

A small giraffe also lived in the same forest. He was very simple and forgetful. Once, while grazing, he came to the part of the forest where this group of monkeys was enjoying eating leaves and fruits from the trees. When the two little mischievous monkeys saw the giraffe, they were surprised. Because these monkeys had never seen such an animal.

One of the baby monkeys said: "Hey! Look at how strange the animal is, let's tease and harass it. "

The two monkeys jumped up and reached the tree under which the giraffe was eating grass. Sitting on a branch of this tree, they both said to the giraffe: “O Lambo! What's your name? "

The giraffe said very gently: "I am a giraffe, will you befriend me?" What are your names? ”

The two monkeys laughed out loud with mischief and said: "Why did we start befriending you?" How ugly you are, like a necklace and legs like a ladder. We don't want any friendship with such a shapeless animal! "After saying that, the two monkeys started teasing the giraffe. Not only that, a monkey broke a ripe fruit from a tree and threw it at the giraffe. The fruit exploded on the giraffe's mouth and its juice and pulp spread on the giraffe's face. Seeing this, the two monkeys started laughing and jumped and ran away in the forest.

The giraffe was left breathless and hung his head and left.

One day the two mischievous monkeys decided to go for a long walk alone in the forest and go for a walk. Because they were so tired of being reprimanded by their parents and wanted freedom from them.

Early in the morning, while the other monkeys were snoring, the two mischievous monkeys slipped out. In a short time, they went far away from the group of monkeys. When they were very hungry, they both ate the leaves and fruits of the trees. They had a lot of fun walking around and having fun like this.

It was late in the afternoon and they both went and sat on the green branches of a tree to escape the heat. A lion was resting under that tree. And there was a big green field around the tree and a river was flowing by the side of the field.

The monkeys were so lost in the beautiful scene that they did not even realize that there was a lion. But when the lion roared to blow the flies sitting on his face, the monkeys saw the lion. When they saw the lion, they were terrified.

But after a while, they realized that we were safe on the tree. Because they were full of mischief, they started to feel mischief here too and these two mischievous monkeys winked at each other and broke a fruit of the tree and knocked it down. The fruit fell straight on the lion's nose, the lion was in great pain. He roared angrily and looked around. When he looked up, his eyes fell on the monkeys.

The monkeys were giggling and laughing, but they couldn't laugh for long, because the lion was going crazy. He roared in a thunderous voice: "Don't you know that I am the king of this forest? I will immediately descend from this tree and eat you both and punish you for this insolence."

The monkeys laughed again. They believed we were safe in the tree. Seeing them laughing like this again, the lion became more furious and rolled up its legs and jumped like a spring. The two mischievous monkeys saw that the lion's jaw was open and its sharp pointed teeth were towards them and it jumped very fast and came very close to them. The two monkeys lost consciousness and all their mischief was left unattended and they clung to each other badly due to fear.

The lion jumped very well but could not reach the branch on which the two monkeys were sitting. The lion jumped again. The monkeys were so thin that they screamed in fear, but there was no one to hear them. They had run away without the permission of their team and parents. There was no other tree around this tree that they could jump on, and there was no strong branch on the tree on which they were sitting, so that they could go and sit on it. The naughty and disobedient monkeys were badly trapped today.

The roar of the lion made their eardrums explode. Their hearts were also trembling and tears were flowing from their eyes.

Suddenly a soft voice came in his ears saying: “Don't panic! I will get you both out of here. Sneak down on my back with my neck. "

What they see is a giraffe's head sticking out of the leaves of the tree just above them, which they had just ridiculed a few days earlier. The monkeys looked at each other in embarrassment that today the same giraffe is ready to save our lives. This giraffe has no idea about the mischief and jokes of that day. Both monkeys lowered their eyes.

The giraffe said: "My friends! Hurry, if the lion sees me, it will eat the three of us. "

The monkeys now slipped on his neck without hesitation and mounted on the giraffe's back and the giraffe grabbed them and slipped away.

At first the lion did not know what was going on. But when he saw the two monkeys running away on the back of the giraffe, he roared and chased after them.

When the monkeys saw the lion chasing them, they thaught , they lost their lives and started screaming. The lion was running with all his might to catch the monkeys and was roaring. The giraffe explained to the monkeys: "There is nothing to be afraid of, you two are safe now. The lion can never catch me. "

And it really happened that the giraffe left the lion far behind. When he reached a safe place, the giraffe stopped and the monkeys jumped down from his back.

Then the giraffe said to the two of them: "You both made a lot of fun of my long neck and my legs that day. Didn't you see today that your lives have been saved because of them?" Because of the long neck, I was able to see you both from a far and take you down from the tree. And i could run fast because of my long legs. "

What could the monkeys say about it, they both bowed their heads in shame and remained silent.

Seeing their condition, silence and embarrassment, the giraffe laughed and said to himself: “Come on! Forget these things, forget the previous story, from now on you will become my friend and play with me every day.

Seeing this goodness of the giraffe, the two mischievous monkeys stopped talking. He became very angry at his own actions, why did these people harass and make fun of such a good and lovely giraffe? The two immediately apologized to Giraffe. The giraffe said: "Friends! There is no need to apologize. "

After hearing the words of such a big-hearted giraffe, they decided that they would not do any mischief from now on. And with great tenderness and love, they both said to the giraffe: "We have deliberately persecuted you. From now on, we will not persecute anyone. You are our best friend. Because the true friend is the one who came to work in sorrow more than happiness and today you have proved that you are our true friend by joining us in sorrow.

The giraffe was very happy to hear this from the two monkeys and he started dancing happily.
