(1) THE GHOST IN THE TOILET

Urban legend has it that there is a ghost lurking in a certain bathroom in Korea. When you are "resolving your sadness", the ghost will suddenly appear and ask you to choose between two types of toilet paper: red and blue. If you choose red, the ghost will peel off your skin and dye your body bloody. If you choose blue, this ghost will strangle you to death. You cannot escape from this scary place because the bathroom door will lock itself and you will be forced to choose one of two terrible death sentences.

(2)TAXI CAR STEALING HUMAN ORGANS

If you are a Korean tourist, be careful when taking a taxi! Rumors about a taxi specializing in stealing passengers' organs are spreading in Gwangju. Many passengers recounted that after getting into a taxi, they suddenly lost consciousness because a needle stuck in their neck. When they woke up, they were left in an abandoned field and their stomachs were bleeding. After being taken to the hospital, doctors announced they had lost a kidney. According to another variation of this story, the passengers fainted from an anesthetic applied to the taxi's door handle.

(3) BEAUTY WITH SESAME

There is a girl who is obsessed with perfect beauty. One day, this girl learned from a friend the secret that soaking in bath water mixed with sesame seeds can prevent wrinkles and make skin smooth.

Because she was so excited, she rushed home and tried this beauty method immediately. However, after a long time passed without seeing her come out, her mother became extremely worried and knocked on the door.

The girl hastily replied: "Just wait a minute", but the door still did not open. The mother was so upset that she opened her daughter's bathroom door herself. Sesame seeds entered the girl's pores and created extremely scary holes. The girl had to frantically use a toothpick to push the sesame seeds out of her pores. The girl went crazy and died after jumping down the stairs.

Urban legend has it that if you stay in the bathroom for too long, the girl's soul will appear in a terrible form. She will take your skin and give you back her scary skin.

(4) THE GHOST ON JAYURO STREET

Jayuro is a highway located north of Seoul, connecting the Goyang and Paju areas. This place is also famous for its dense fog and extremely high traffic accident rate. However, some locals believe that supernatural forces are behind these accidents.

Many drivers claim to have seen a young woman wearing sunglasses and often standing on the highway at night. However, when they approached the woman, they discovered she was not wearing sunglasses. Instead, her eyes were gouged into deep holes.

(5) ELEVATOR SLAYER

Do you often use the elevator when traveling to Korea? This modern legend tells of a man with a devilish face and a smiling mouth who often waits for his victims in elevators. When you get into the elevator, as soon as the door closes, he will follow you. He will wait for you to press the elevator button first, then choose the floor directly below you.

When he reaches your floor, he will step out of the elevator. The moment the door starts to close, he will pull out a knife and smile at you: "See you on the next floor". You will then see him run up the stairs before the door closes completely. When the elevator door opens on the next floor, you will see him waiting for you with a sharp knife.
