There is a reason children are so fascinating; it's because of their imagination.

So, why are adults writing their bedtime stories?

I remember as a child, I never choose the bedtime stories that were read to me.

And a lot of the time, it was always the same books that were read.

I mean, I fell asleep, but it was mostly out of boredom.

So why not give a child the freedom to create their own story?

Even before they learn to read or write, they still have the power of their imagination...

This bedtime guide was created to awaken a child's creativity. To guide them on a journey, where they can be as wild, brave, and free as they wish to be...

When you're ready, sit, or lie down in a comfortable position. With eyes opened or closed.

Tonight, we're going on a journey.

I am here to guide you, and I am here if you need me at any point.

But remember you are the creator of this bedtime story.

Before we begin, we're going to make sure you're ready and relaxed for your journey ahead...

Take a deep breath in, through your nose.

Hold it for a moment.

(pause)

Now, take a deep breath out through your mouth...

(pause)

Can you feel how relaxed you are now?

Now, it's time for the fun part.

In your dreams, you are going to go anywhere you want.

For a moment, think of a place you've always wanted to go to (you can bring anyone you want there too!)

(pause)

As you start to walk around this place, what do you see around you?

(pause)

How does it smell?

(pause)

As you continue to walk around this magical place of yours, you notice there is a notebook with your name on it.

So, you pick it up and read the first page that says:

"Hello! This is a magic notebook. Draw what you wish, and it will become a reality".

Wow!!

So now that you have this amazing book, you become excited to begin your adventure!

To start with, you draw in your notebook, what you are walking on.

Is it a forest? Is it a magical footpath? Or maybe it's even water!

(pause)

As you tightly hold onto the book, you notice your drawing suddenly comes to life!

(pause)

You now realize you need to draw something new to wear in this magical world of yours!

Think about the clothes you need. Are you a specific character? Do you need clothes that suit the temperature around you?

(pause)

As you keep walking, do you enjoy being on your own? Or is there someone, or even an animal that you want to walk with?

If there is, you begin to draw them in your book and watch them become a reality. If there isn't, you keep walking along.

(pause)

After some time, you realize you're a little bit tired now.

So you walk around, find a comfortable spot to sit in, and open up your book again.

This time, you draw a place that you'd love to fall asleep in...

Are there big fluffy pillows in this place?

Are there any toys you want to sleep with?

Are you sleeping in a bed tonight or it is a big giant cloud in the sky?

Perhaps you can see the stars from your magical sleeping place...

(pause)

When you're ready, you lie down in this relaxing, comfortable sleeping place of yours, and gently close your eyes.

Remembering, that your magical notebook, will be waiting next to you in the morning...
