“When we met at the match meeting, it was an instant bond with the parents, we both knew right away we were the perfect match.”

Their connection only deepened as the journey progressed. “We talked probably every other day, and they’d join all of my appointments through FaceTime when they couldn’t be there in person. I cherished all of the time I got to spend with them.”
This closeness, grounded in communication and mutual respect, became one of the most meaningful parts of her experience.

A Birth Filled With Hope

Kimberly’s birth experience had an unexpected moment, but it quickly gave way to relief and joy.

“Thankfully, everything ended well, and he is now perfect and healthy.”

The memory of seeing her intended parents meet their baby remains deeply emotional.

“Seeing the joy in the parent’s eyes at each appointment, and then holding their baby made every bit of the journey worth it.”
Kimberly and the family she helped remain in touch, and she delights in watching their little boy grow. “Baby boy just turned one!”

One of the most unexpected joys for Kimberly was the community she found.

“It feels amazing to be a part of the surrogacy sisterhood. Seeing and learning from all of these strong amazing giving women… I feel even stronger myself.”
