This is a BTS Fanfiction, and while characters share a name with BTS members, it is completely fiction and does not reflect on them as a person. It is for entertainment purposes only.

Jungkook waited on the steps of the school for Tae to walk up. He usually walked with that small kid that kinda looked like a girl. I mean what guy is that little? They were all small freshmen year, but they were seniors now and it seemed everyone had hit puberty except him. He chuckled to himself and pushed off the steps as Tae approached. He watched his friend run off to his gay dance class and snorted.

"Dang why do you still hang out with that loser?" Taehyung looked at him annoyed and Jungkook lifted his hands. "I know, you've known him since grade school, yada yada yada. If it wasn't for your basketball skills he'd probably bring your rep down.

Taehung rolled his eyes, "Whatever Jungkook, where's yoongie and Hobi this morning?"

He asked looking for their other friends from the basketball team that hung out together. The four of them were literally the most popular guys in school. They usually brought home the wins for the school. Jungkook was the Varsity Basketball captain, his skills were unmatched. Tae came in a close second to his skills and the girls felt like he was super cute. Jungkook and Taehyung had gotten very close after Taehyung joined the basketball team. Jungkook grinned shrugging looking at his best friend.

"I wouldn't be surprised if Yoongie slept in again and Hobi's probably in the cafeteria." He said guessing their whearabouts.

Taehyung chuckled thinking about their sleepy friend. When he wasn't playing basketball, he was almost always found napping and snacking. Hobi jogged up to Jungkook and smacked him on the back so hard Jungkook jumped up.

"Owww!" *He said retaliating and socking Hobi in the stomach.

Hobi grunted bending over and Tae just shook his head at his best friend. Jungkook was known for being violent. It's just among the three of them Jungkook was usually playing, while with everyone else he tended to be serious. He had a reputation of being a bully. Even his friends feared him a little bit. Hobi's face nearly turned red as he groaned out and Taehyung touched his shoulder wondering why he thought it was a good idea to provoke Jungkook. Hobi lifted his hand getting a moment to catch his breath. Jungkook chuckled

"You alright?" Hobi finally stood up and rubbed his abs. "Why you gotta hit so hard? I barely tapped you."

"Why you hitting me at all?" Jungkook asked with a small laugh. Hobi nodded, taking mental notes not to do so again.

The warning bell rang, letting them know they had five minutes to get to class. "I'll see you guys at lunch," Taehyung said running off to Math.

Jungkook was left in the hall since he didn't rush off to classes. He could care less if he was late or not. Because he was such a big star in the school, the teachers often waved off his tardiness and absences. As long as he continued to win games. His best friend's little weirdo friend was speeding down the hall and Jungkook grinned evilly sticking his leg out making Jimin go flying face first toward the ground.

"Oops better be careful kid."

Jimin's face turned red as he exploded at him, "I'm literally the same age as you!"

That made Jungkook laugh, "could've fooled me. I thought you were a freshmen." Jungkook teased getting a kick out of the smaller boys rage.

"You know I'm not a freshman. Why do you always pick on me!?" He yelled as he gathered his papers all up from scattering all over the waxed floor.

Jungkook watched him, disgust forming on his face as the smaller boy gathered his papers. Jungkook walked up to him and stepped on his hand pinning him to the floor as he cried out. He looked down at him as he cringed from his sneakers smashing his fingers on the floor.

"Owww get off please!" Jimin cried trying to free his hand.

Jungkook laughed and lifted his foot, pressing it to Jimin's chest, and kicked him back. Jimin yelled in anger sprawled out on the floor as his papers fluttered all around him again. Jungkook laughed and ran off as a teacher spotted them from down the hall.

"Mr. Park, get off the floor and gather your things you're making a mess in the middle of the hallway."

"But - "

"Hurry now, get your things and get to class."

Jimin grumbled glaring in the direction that Jungkook ran off. He didn't see how Taehyung could be so close with that jerk. He was literally mean to everyone, not in his circle of friends.

Jimin finally was able to gather all his things, which he gave up trying to be neat about, stuffing everything in his back pack and hurried to his English Class.

"God I can't wait to graduate from this hell hole" He said finding his seat

He sat towards the back of the class and Hobi saw him and watched the small boy recognizing him as the kid Taehyung always arrived to school with. Jimin wiped his eyes as they welled up with tears and covered his face. Hobi leaned over to him.

"Hey you ok?" He whispered

Jimin wiped his face all the way down before looking to see who asked that and rolled his eyes seeing it was one of Taehyung's buddies from the basketball team. He just nodded and took a deep shaky breath watching the front. Hobi watched him a bit worried then let his eyes move to the front as well.

Jungkook hung out in the bathroom bored, he didn't feel like going to class today. He barely kept his attendance up, but he still was passing every class. He lifted himself up on the counter of the bathroom and glared at kids as they came in making them run out in fear. He laughed to himself and lifts a brow when he sees Jimin come in. He was in his own world, with his head down he didn't even realize Jungkook was sitting up on the counter. It looked like he'd been crying. Had he made him cry? That made him chuckle a little.

"Geez, you even cry like a girl" Jungkook teased.

His voice made Jimin startle and look up. He definitely had been crying, his eyes were sparkly with tears. He actually had pretty eyes that danced in the harsh light of the bathroom, the tears making his eyes twinkle. Jungkook jumped off the counter as Jimin wiped his eyes and moved back.

"I just need to use the bathroom, leave me alone."

"Hmmm yeah, except it's my bathroom. Don't you see I wrote my name?" He says pointing to the stall and the walls graffitied with his name on them. Jimin looked and just nodded too tired and hurt from earlier to deal with Jungkook.

"What do you want from me, why do you hate me so much!?" He yelled.

Jungkook shoved him so hard he smacked into the stall and crumbled to the floor groaning

"Yell at me again and I swear I'll break your fucking body. It's not that hard." He says pushing his foot against his face

Jimin slapped his foot away and Jungkook moved so fast it made Jimin cower in fear and gasp. He had him pinned to the wall invading his personal space. Jimin's breath caught in his throat as he gulped watching Jungkook, tensing ready for a hit.

"You want to know why I hate you so much?" He nearly growled it at him making Jimin sink in fear. "Because."

That's all he said and threw Jimin down hard at the ground. Jimin whimpered a bit as he grabbed his knee. Jungkook looked at him with such hatred and just walked out the bathroom leaving him coddling his knee on the ground with tears welling up all over again.

The shrill bell rung through the halls and Jungkook went to the front of the school waiting for the guys. Tae linked hands with Jungkook and they did their friendship shake making Jungkook grin.

"We should go to my house and play video games."

Taehyung nodded checking his watch and Jungkook rolled his eyes knowing he was waiting on Jimin.

"Forget about that kid already. Surely he has friends from his dance class. You don't have to pity that loser."

Tae looks at him with furrowed brows as he searches his face, "It's not pity Jungkook, I've known Jimin forever. Why does it bother you so much I'm friends with him?"

Jungkook rolled his eyes, "Psh it doesn't, but bruh we're freaking Gods at this school. And then you go and associate yourself with that gay dweeb. I just don't get it."

Taehyung just looked at him and annoyingly turned around looking to see if he could see him coming. Instead, he saw Yoongie coming down the hall with his backpack hanging off one shoulder.

"I haven't seen you all day, have you been sleeping under the bleachers again?"

Yoongie chuckled and hiked his backpack up on his shoulder more. "Maybe. I'm just glad we don't have practice today."

Hobi joined them and fived everybody with a bright look on his face. Taehyung grinned, always feeling better when Hobi was around. He liked Jungkook, they were super close since Freshmen year. But sometimes his attitude really killed the positive mood. Hobi was always there to restore it.

"I guess we can head out. I still haven't seen Jimin, he usually meets up with me by now."

Jungkook shrugs, "He probably left already."

Hobi lifts a brow, "He may have, I saw him crying in our English class today."

Tae looked at him then, "Crying?" He asked and Hobi nodded

"I tried to ask him what was wrong but he wouldn't talk to me. Poor guy, he seems like a nice kid."

Taehyung fell back then and looked at his friends, "You guys go ahead and go to JK's house without me. I'll meet you all up there later."

Yoongie and Hobi nod and got up to walk but Jungkook sat there pissed. Hobi and Yoongie exchanged glances as Jungkook held his stare on Taehyung.

"I'll see you guys in a bit." Taehyung said, ignoring Jk's harsh look and ran back into the school.

He wasn't sure what was up with Jungkook, he was an ass to pretty much everyone but his friends. But it seemed lately he was even an ass to them. Taehyung didn't fear Jungkook as much as everyone else and he was really starting to get on his nerves.

Taehyung ran to the theater pushing the swinging doors opened gently.

"Jimin!?" He called out in the theater, his voice echoed in the empty room and he bit his lip.

He could almost always find him in the theater or the library. He jogged down the hall to the back of the school where the library was and walked in looking down each lane.

"Jimin!" He whispered out

Giving up, he pulled out his phone and called his childhood bestie and looked up hearing the soft echo of his friend's ring tone he had set special for him.

"Jiminie?" He asked following the sound to the bathroom, continuing to call him so he could follow the sound.

He ended up in the bathroom. Jimin's backpack and phone and folders were scattered on the floor against the wall. His phone lit up the dark bathroom with a soft blue light. Tae turned the light on and heard a soft sniffling.

"Jiminie?" Taehyung asked softly pushing open the stall finding his friend a mess on the toilet.

His hair was wet and plastered to his face and his skin was flushed with swollen eyes. His face looked wild as he looked up at Taehyung and wiped his face in an attempt to gather himself but he was a mess. Taehyung walked into the stall and moved Jimin's hair out of his face.

"Talk to me Jiminie, what's wrong?" Taehyung said gently as his hand moved from his hair to his back gently rubbing in soothing circles.

"I'm ok Hyung, really." Jiminie lied grabbing some toilet paper to wipe his face.

It just left pieces of white clinging to his face. Taehyung went to the paper towels, grabbed a few and wet them, and handed them to Jimin. He took it nodding and wiped his wet face and just took a deep breath.

"I just hate it here. I hate this school, I hate everything about this place." Jimin looked up at him from the toilet and sighed wiping his face again. "I know you don't understand. You and your friends are super stars here. Everyone likes you."

Taehyung just listened to him trying to read between the lines. Finally, he nodded continuing to rub his back. "Who doesn't like you Jimin?"

Jimin shook his head, "Nobody, I don't wanna come between your friends. It's why you wanted to go separate ways in the first place."

Taehyung sighed but listened with interest. "My friends?"

Jimin looked at him, his eyes bloodshot red and swollen from crying for hours and Taehyung's heart hurt seeing him like that. Yoongie was way too carefree to even think of bothering Jimin. Hobi was super friendly, it wasn't even like him to bother people. That only left one friend of his. His eyes shifted back down to Jimin.

"Was it Jungkook? What did he do Jimin?"

Jimin started tearing up just at the mention of his name and Taehyung felt a rage rise in his pit like angry fire.

"I don't know what I did wrong. He's just always been so cruel to me. Lately though it's been worse. He pushes me and trips me and slams me into lockers and walls. I just don't know what to do to make him stop." Jimin's voice wavered as his breath got shaky. "Why does he hate me so much?"

Taehung pulled Jimin into a hug, "It's not you, Jungkook's just an angry guy. I'll talk to him. He shouldn't be messing with you. All my friends know you're a friend from forever ago."

Jimin sniffed, "And still friends?"

Taehyung smiled and kissed the top of Jimin's head, "Yes, still friends. I made a pinky promise remember."

That made Jimin smile and Taehyung offered him his hand. Jimin took it and let Tae pull him to his feet.

"Why don't I come over today and you can show me the dance your class is working on. I've been seeing the flyers for the show. I look forward to coming I know it's going to be good."

Jimin's face lit up at the mention of his show and he nodded his eyes twinkling with excitement now. Taehyung smiled as he began talking about the production and how he had already become a mentor to the freshmen and sophomores who had made it in the class. They walked outside and most kids were gone from the front of the school. He stayed close to Jimin as he talked on and on about the challenging dance moves and the cool stage effects. He wasn't really listening though, he just wanted Jimin in better spirits and he knew talking about Dance would do that. What he was thinking about was crushing Jungkook for hurting his best friend for no reason at all.
