A new book about the royal family will be released on June 30, 2020. The book is not just a book about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their split from the royal family. It is a tell-all book written by Dylan Howard and Andy Tillett.

The book is advertised to reveal shocking details about Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and the British Royal Family as well as the issues in the House of Windsor.

The 402-page book is based on numerous interviews with royal family insiders, aides, friends, historians, royal watchers, and those with first-hand knowledge about the royals. The book tells about the events and crises that led Prince Harry to separate from his family he has been close to all his life. An act like that has not happened in nearly a century. It was when King Edward VIII gave up the crown for Wallis Simpson, the woman he loved.

Even though a lot of people have blamed Meghan Markle for the split, readers are expected to find out that it was a mutual decision. Harry had been wanting for years to step away from royal duties and live a normal life.

The authors explain how Meghan’s relationship with Harry was viewed as controversial from the very beginning. They chart the events in the couple's lives including their move from Kensington Palace to Frogmore Cottage. They still have to pay $3 million out of their own pockets for the massive renovation that took place. Stories are being told about their move to Canada and then the move to their current location in Los Angeles. They are reportedly living in Tyler Perry's $18 million Beverly Hills mansion.

The book takes readers into the lives of some of the other royals. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are having to cope with extra duties in the absence of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. As you can see, the brothers and their wives are on the cover of the book.

About the Authors

Dylan Howard is a bestselling author who has published other books about the royal family. He is the author of Diana: Case Solved and Epstein: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Andy Tillett is the author of The Last Charles Manson Tapes.

Howard and Tillett provided answers to questions that have been on the minds of royal watchers. The two talented authors address the issues that plagued Meghan from the time she first met Harry, their engagement, the birth of Archie, and their move to the United States. For instance, there was a lot of talk about Meghan's refusal to conform to royal protocol as well as why she was criticized for doing some of the same things Kate Middleton did even though no one complained about Prince William's wife.

In Royals at War, the authors speculate on what's next for Harry, Meghan, and Archie since they are thousands of miles away from Buckingham Palace. Harry is concerned about being so far away from his elderly grandparents, Queen Elizabeth, 94, and Prince Philip, 99. He is also concerned about his 71-year-old father, Prince Charles, who was diagnosed with COVID-19.

While many tell-all books do not contain the whole truth, readers will be able to trust the work of the two authors of this book. As a former detective, Howard did some detailed investigation to put in book form what a lot of people just speculated about. He insists that his documentation will have some surprises, but the facts are there.

Two types of readers will purchase the book. There will be those who want to confirm the negative things they have suspected all along. There will also be those who want to know if the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are happy and successful.
