Ways to stay relaxed during this 2022 Pandemic, The first step to better health and less stress is, well, a first step. If you've fallen out of a workout routine, one of the best ways to start is taking a deep breath and just exhale. Another Way would be too soak in a warm bath, listening to soothing music you enjoy, Take a walk or do some other activity, Making time to do things you enjoy can also help you relax.

Relaxing can quiet your mind and make you feel peaceful and calm, To relax means to calm the mind, the body, or both. We need that so much during this times of three different variants Delta, Covid 19, Omicron virus's. First and foremost, seek help when you need it. Stay connected with friends and family. Staying positive is important during these pandemic times, taking your mind off of negative issues would be a start. Realizing that other people may have worser circumstances then you do make make you realize its not so bad.

To take your mind off the world for a second do somethings around the house like organize your home de-clutter and de-stress!! Vacuum, organize your closet, clean out your refrigerator, or make more room in your pantry. Donate items you no longer need. Clothing and furniture are always in demand, and books can be donated to local libraries. Lots of people during this pandemic years have done great room changes, living room changes etc. When they did the state job closers it made you see your the world, spending that quality time with family, and realizing things are met for a reason. For some of us we realized what we was missing working most of the time.

During the pandemic, and even now eating habits may have change, so we may have started gaining a little pandemic weight. Eating right and exercising are important ingredients in maintaining a positive mindset. I did not feel bad at all for gaining weight during the pandemic, I ended up just taking walks more and lost the weight , it is amazing how taking a walk in a mall, or even looking at homes can make you feel so Therapeutic. I don't know who else was with planet fitness during the closers, but now they have such great rates for using there equipment or you could just go for walks and use things around the house to work out on. people got creative when they could not use the gym during pandemic closers.

Everyone deserves there "Me Time", watching a favorite flick, or cooking together is a great way to relax. when you are a working individual it's hard to just pick a book up and read when you have daily tasks, especially with kids, a husband etc. I don't feel its selfish to want that time for yourself, even shopping by yourself is a great way to just unwind, sometimes when you go with family you are kinda exhausted and ready to just pay for your stuff quickly get out of the store. Personally I like to shop by myself because I have that much needed quiet time for myself, I love my family life although, I just need some alone time.

Watching movies can be so relaxing especially lifetime movies at home, they have such drama, those lifetime movies can really take your mind off negative news. Also sometimes its better to not watch the news every single day, the news can be depressing sometimes. At the end of the day just spend more time being grateful for what you do have.
