My son and his octo block guards and robot are all made of colors
Colors of the rainbow because that is his favorite
No one color should be looked at greater than the other
No one person or thing should looked at better than another
Everything has its value and among children it is priceless
We are priceless
His rainbow guards are stacked block by block and light up the dark
His robot stands at the foot of his bed three feet tall to watch for monsters and ghosts that would scare him in the night
For his is a special soul so sensitive and pure
May we all see things the way he does and fear things too
For that is the way we can all come together like all his colors do.

Before Sylvester the Cat, there was Sylvester the Dog
Sylvester was a Merrie Melodies canine Sylvester, the Cat, is a beloved Looney Tunes character who debuted in March 1947 in the animated short Life with Feathers. The iconic Mel Blanc once said that he enjoyed voicing Sylvester, one of his favorite characters. The cartoon short that was near and dear to Blanc's heart was Bird's Anonymous which starred the popular cat.
