Over 100 personnel and 75 law enforcement officials have been mobilized to conduct a search for the nine-year-old who went missing after cycling around a track in the state park.

Officials in New York state are currently conducting an intensive search for a 9-year-old girl who went missing on Saturday evening while on a bike ride in a state park located north of Albany.

Charlotte Sena, a young female individual, was last observed within the premises of Moreau Lake State Park. This particular location is renowned for its public beach situated on a small lake, attracting a significant number of visitors. During the incident, Charlotte Sena was accompanied by her family and friends, as they embarked on a weekend camping excursion.

According to Hochul, the subsequent events evolved into a situation that would be considered a nightmare for any parent. The child failed to return, which led to a comprehensive search of the vicinity by volunteers and a significant deployment of State Police personnel, including the utilization of bloodhounds and aviation units.

According to Hochul, it became evident to her parents without delay that there was an issue at hand. Hochul further stated that a search for her commenced, and individuals from neighboring campgrounds promptly rallied together to contribute to the endeavor.

Since that time, Hochul has stated that the state has deployed rangers, drones, and underwater search teams, all of which have yielded no results. Hochul emphasized the exhaustive nature of their search efforts, leaving no stone, branch, table, or cabin unturned, untouched, or unexamined in their relentless pursuit to locate Charlotte.

Lieutenant Colonel Richard Mazzone, Assistant Deputy Superintendent of the New York State Police, stated that Charlotte's bicycle was discovered shortly after her disappearance, thereby suggesting the potential occurrence of an abduction. This assertion was further supported by the issuance of an Amber Alert on Sunday.

Mazzone reported that the state police conducted thorough searches of nearby waterways and are currently engaged in ongoing efforts to comb through the surrounding woods and areas adjacent to the location where Charlotte was last observed. Hochul further informed that a substantial deployment of over 100 officials had been mobilized by Sunday morning.

FBI agents and state criminal investigators were present at the location, alongside representatives from the Schenectady firefighting community. Hochul stated that Charlotte is the niece of a distinguished member of the Schenectady Fire Department.

Officials have provided a description of Charlotte as a Caucasian female, characterized by her blond hair and green eyes. She stands at an approximate height of 4-foot-6. At the time of her disappearance, she was observed wearing dark-blue pants paired with an orange tie-dye Pokémon T-shirt, black Croc sandals, and a gray bike helmet. She resides in Greenfield, New York, which is approximately 15 miles away from the park.

During her address, Hochul depicted a harrowing situation that was unfolding on a picturesque autumn day. She implored for the protection of a highly regarded individual, a fourth-grade student who had recently been elected as a member of her school's student council.

Governor Kathy Hochul of New York informed the press that Charlotte and her family were engaged in a camping excursion merely 15 minutes away from the vicinity where the young girl and her siblings were nurtured.

According to Ms. Hochul, the nine-year-old child was accompanied by family friends while riding Loop A of the park. The child expressed a desire to ride one more lap independently.

"I have assured the parents that we will locate their daughter," stated Hochul. "She is a collective responsibility and holds a place in all of our hearts."

It is anticipated that a reunion will take place, wherein a family, previously subjected to distressing experiences, will be reunited.
