Motherhood is a challenge
Giving yourself in many ways
For uplifting of your transmitted rays
Learning new things you never did
To make your child reach the grid
Keeping their needs before anything
The content of the smiling face, the pure joy it brings
You make all efforts
To give them the best
Their happiness is the reward
Self-motive goes to rest
The initial years
Of challenges & tears
A mother holds her child's hands
With tiring aches, boost him to stand
Nourishment of her baby with everything best
Messy Mama tries hard to excel on each test
The constant pushing & cheering them up
Holding her tears, eyes moist with false rub
When each new question amazes the feeling
Trying to answer, the heavenly healing
Bearing their tantrums
Letting them grow
The Anxious mind holds tight to its sow
The sudden changes in & out
Adolescence knocks with its moody shout
When the independent thoughts start to sink in
The friends connect is the major win
The anxiousness for all things big
The curious mind with chaotic gig
The independent child wants to break free
Set their own rules
Annoyed by the limitations
Try to rise through all inhibitions
The growth of a new circle
The shedding of old talks
When reversed is the rearing stage
Motherhood bears the shock
Unbelievable to be on the next page
The age of raging tempers
Many times, silent augmentor
The juvenile turns
the mysterious centre
The unaware mom sulks in her temper
When the growing teen shakes off her pamper
The flying stage
When the nest is empty
blank seems the page
The nervousness is not easy to calm
Letting go of our hearts
a dispiriting program
Many thoughts choked
Some troubling anxieties provoked
Thinking of the unseen
An uneasy mind can’t see the clean
Then, the inner voice roared
Do your best and let go of the sour
Stop worrying about things beyond your control
Keep going! It’s your challenged role
The nest filled with joyful tears
Now sighing emptiness with tears
The love & warmth of raising little ones
comes a sudden turn, isolation on the run
The struggles which drained
Along with the calmness it claimed
All gone to rest
Leisure now seems unrest
The joy in little fun
The anger & the arguing run
All things of the past
Time flies!
turns real into memories so fast
The feeling of letting go
To spread the wings
Aim for a higher flow
A tough fight!
But the growth must take the sight
Anxieties aggravate the plight
The phases of growing
needs distance from the sowing
What was once a seed
Gives fruit in an open field
Like a caterpillar sheds its skin
Only then can spread the wings
Don't let tears hinder the growth
Channel your lows to the productive oaths
This life of ours is a tree of change
Many times blooming
Along with the fallen range
Stand tall! Be any phase
We all have to face this life maze
Be the one who might weaken
but always stays
Go! Get it, girl
You are the swirl
The undiscovered pearl
You know your strengths
Not everyone can achieve your lengths
You were the fragile bird
Who can now make the roaring thud
You learnt the lesson
Rose above many recessions
Go! Turn into energy your gushing blood
The tough road made you strong
Should now echo your glory song
Now aim forward for the bright sail
You have risen from fails
Go! Get it, girl,
You can untangle the curl
Be the go-getter
Aim & act for better
The motherly instincts remain till the end
No pretence, pure love
Quality time is her wish trend
If only each child could get the feeling
Less would be anxieties
Way to old age healing
