No matter what your age and no matter what you do in life, humor is good for the soul. Serious subjects may become a little more interesting to embrace when humor is infused into the content.

While jokes, the following pieces of information is designed to help parents consider the role that they play in their child’s education. Parents must work with their child’s educators. Doing so increases positive learning outcomes for them.

When educators reach out to parents to provide information or to solicit help with their students, mothers and fathers need to be responsive. This helps home and school partnerships to grow.

And each joke is my creation and is based on considerations parents and educators should adhere to so that they remain actively involved and engaged!

I also hope that this story encourages school leaders, teachers, and other educators to take the lead in fostering higher levels of family engagement in their classrooms, schools, and school districts.
