A Fierce Lioness

To My Fierce Lioness,

To find the words to describe my love for you is somewhat hard. Our lives and souls are bound by love, bound by appreciation for one another. My fierce lioness, the bearer of many children, you have always stood so tall, devoted to our progression, divinely devoted to all that we are. Everything you have ever done for me and for us has been through your unconditional love for your cubs. I have never met another woman so incredibly empowered, strong and reliant on no other to make you feel whole. You have been my mirror for 21 years, showing me the lighter and darker parts of my own soul. You have shined a light on my life in the darkest of times by simply being there. Grounded, rooted, and strong you have remained by our side, fighting for what you believe in. Peace and love, freedom of speech, you have dibbled and dabbled among many things in your life, grown so powerful and unbound.

I find myself forever grateful for the love that fills your heart. My mother, a wild spirit, a spirit in search for equality and justice. Life hasn’t always been easy, having dedicated your life to your children, it’s left you next to no time to go and be as you please, but you choose us. And I wouldn’t doubt that you would choose us every time. Despite this my heart aches for your freedom, for you to go and be as you please, travelling the depths of your universe with no other to look after in the process.

The essence of you is pure, a purity that could not be tainted. You taught me so much, you graced me with truth from a very young age. Spilling the secrets of your heart and mind, you guided me on a path of honesty. You spoke with surety, sharing the insights of your life you promised me you would always tell me the truth, no matter the darkness that faced us. You kept this promise, although sometimes it's hard to hear a truth that fills you with sadness, a truth that may not have wanted to be heard. But a truth I needed to hear. You kept this promise and I have strived to do the same for every person in my life ever since. Being honest, brave and fearless is what you taught me to be. A fighter in search of peace, a voice that many don't want to hear. Although difficult you taught me to be myself, to follow my heart and always believe in myself along the way.

In a world full of dysfunctions, lies and control, the truth is not often received well. But I continue to walk my path with surety and with grace as I know and trust you will always be by my side, guiding me into the light, into the glorious liquid sunshine that graces me. A bubble of light you birthed me into, a bubble of protection you placed around me. A blanket of rawness, of intensity. You gave me all I needed to become the empowered woman I am today, by simply show

ing me myself and displaying yourself to me in the most raw and rugged way.

You have faced many challenges in this life, men trying to dominate you, change you, control you, but never did you allow this to stop you. To prevent you from being you, or to change you from believing in your own divinity. Men have toyed with you, trying to take some of that beauty for themselves. But never did you let them use you, at first you may have trusted them but as soon as they disrespected you, you walked away. From a place of love you continued to love them from afar, whilst understanding it was not their fault for the programming they found themselves entwined in. This is the thing I admire about you, your ability to let things go, the ability to let go and move on, but never really allowing the love to dissipate. When my father left you stood by me and continued to guide me. You taught me about the alchemy of life, of love, of food and connection. You birthed me into an abyss of heaven, into a home of abundance and respect.

As you know I am stubborn, strong willed and I often learn the hard way. Although I sometimes resist your advice, I want you to know that this has nothing to do with you. The reason I do this is because it’s important I find my own line, my own empowerment through the spirit of the goddess. It’s important for me to face my challenges head on, alone, whilst trusting in my own divine intuition. I resist the advice as I am now ready and have been for a while to face the world alone. To learn and make mistakes that allow me to grow. They do say the better job a parent does that the lesser and lesser a child will need them by their side. You see, you have taught me all I need to know for now, you have shown me many things that have brought me here. To this moment as I delve in to the understanding of you. You, a burst of creativity, a creator of many kinds. A goddess of many realms, you will always be the most honest and courageous woman to greet my path.

My dream is to create a world of magic and financial abundance, a world that I can share with you. I plan to build an empire, an empire to honour you. My only life’s wish is to return the love you embedded in me through my ability to expand, grow and transform our ideas into becoming financially free. I have watched you struggle with money, due to your devotion to us you never found the time to pursue your business plans and dreams. I aim to make these plans come to life, to aid you in the journey of manifesting these visions, these beautiful wholesome visions that you do see. A world of paradise, a utopia in the sun for us all to live in love, honouring one another's journey and standing strong as TRIBE.

I am working on becoming the best version of myself that I can be. You often tell me I am too harsh on myself that I expect myself to achieve a lot, the truth is this is the way I need to be. If I am to create the world we all desire I must stand strong, focused and dedicated to those visions that we see. Success takes discipline and through this growth I will begin to manifest everything beyond our wishes. You taught me this strength, this undivided faith in myself. No matter how many people doubt me, laugh at me or simply tell me my dreams are unrealistic, I continue to keep my head held high focused on my mission. For I know and truly understand that this life is what I make it, that I can be and do whatever I wish to. Magic consumes my mind, the idea of running freely around the forests with you, embracing all of nature's offerings.

I envision us on a mountain, overlooking the beauty that surrounds. I envision us on top of the world standing on our empire and empowering everyone around us to believe in themselves. I know this is all that you wish for and it's all that I dream of creating. A world of empowered people standing true to themselves, loving and honouring the planet, the animals and most importantly appreciating every person’s role they choose to play. My only wish is to create this paradise for you to relish in, create in and transform in. This will be my gift to you, the world. All that you deserve. A world of your own choosing, a space to grow food, a home to paint, to sing and dance with no person to prevent your flow. This is what you deserve and I will strive each day to make this possible for you and for us.

My fierce lioness, you are Divine. A mother of earth, of space and of all the in-between. I am blessed to have you as my mother. You both inspire and trigger me more than any other person in this world, my love for you is endless and unbound. A love so deep that it will continue to echo among the atmosphere for many light years to come.
