What are the different sorts of tea?

- Pu'erh tea - made from the dried and fermented leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. It is a traditional drink of the Fujian region in China. The tea is brewed by boiling water and adding the dried leaves to the hot water. Pu'erh tea is orange-colored has a smoky taste, and is sometimes compared to the taste of wine.

What are the benefits of tea?

When brewed, tea is known to have a number of health benefits. The caffeine content in regular tea has been found to improve heart function. In addition, the antioxidants in tea have been shown to slow the aging process and reduce the risk of cancer.
