The Forest of Peace

There lived a dangerous lion in the forest named Raja. He used to scare all the animals and boasted of his power. No animal could speak in front of him. All the animals in the forest were afraid of him.

One day, a kind-hearted lion came to the forest named Kala. He was very kind-hearted and loved all the animals. When he heard about Raja, he thought that he would meet Raja and explain to him that every animal in the forest should be respected.

Kala went to Raja and said to him, “Raja, I have come to meet you. I see that you are scaring all the animals.why do you do that?

Raja said angrily, “Who are you? This is my forest and I will do whatever I want. Are you challenging me?”

Raja had lines of anger on his face and his eyes turned red. He stamped his feet on the ground and said, “Why aren’t you afraid of me? Don’t you know that I am the king of the forest?”

Kala said calmly, "I know you are the king of the jungle, but I am not afraid because I know that you are also an animal and you also need love."

The king said angrily, "Love? Haha! Love is weakness. I rule the jungle by the power of strength."

Kala said, "Power ends one day, but love lasts forever. If you want, I can show you what the power of love is."

Kala took the king to a tree and said, "Look at this tree. How big this tree is, but it loves its roots that give it bread and water from the earth. Because of this love, this tree has grown so big."

The king said, "That is right, but in the jungle everyone survives by the power of their own strength."

Kala said, "Yes, but that power will end one day. But the power of love is eternal. You see, this tree spreads its branches for everyone, no matter who they are. Its branches give shade to everyone and its fruits are available for everyone to eat."

Raja said, "That's right, but I am a lion, I don't give anything to anyone."

Kala said, "Yes, you are a lion, but you also don't know the power of love. If you want, you can use your power for love. You are the king of the forest, you can protect all the animals and give them love."

Raja said, "I never thought of that."

Kala said, "This is the power of love. It can show you a new path, a path that can make you and the forest more beautiful."

Raja listened to Kala and something happened in his heart. He thought that maybe Kala was right. He changed his nature and started protecting the forest with Kala.

All the animals in the forest became happy and named Raja "Rahamdil Raja". Raja also made Kala an important part of the forest.

Now every animal in the forest was happy and Raja and Kala used to protect the forest together. One day, a rabbit asked Raja, "Raja, how did you change your nature?"

Raja said, "I listened to Kala and saw love deep in his heart. I thought maybe I was wrong. Now I respect every animal and try to make the forest more beautiful."

Rabbit said, "You are truly a compassionate king. We are with you."

And thus, an era of peace and love began in the forest.
