Introduction

Hello, I am Hashir Adeel,

I am a Freelance Ghost Writer and I have been working for 5 years in the past 5 years I have seen the world how naive was I thinking that getting a job was easy how wrong was I stepping blindly into such a competitive market but over the years I have learned many things and a lot from many people.

Over the years I have learned that success doesn't come early and the people who get to the top have one thing in common making themselves an expert in one thing before reaching for the next object.

Now that you know who I am let us start on how I will help you get your first job.

Your first step:

The first step is understanding what you are doing.

Ghost Writing is essentially where an author hires a freelance writer or someone to write and produce high-quality content for an agreed-upon fee and the author who hired the freelancer takes all the credit for the content that was written.

The Ghost in Ghost Writing is someone who is mostly paid in advance before completing the job and assumes no credit for the work they did and the content that was given to the client.

Now that you have understood what ghostwriting is now I will answer a common question that many people usually have can you make money doing Ghost Writing...

Can you make money with Ghost Writing

The amazing part about ghostwriting is that ghostwriters often make large sums of money although the slight rise in competition is making getting jobs a bit harder but a professional ghostwriter can make sums up to $10000 to $25000 to produce high-quality content as per the requirements and requests as per the client's request. The contract may last 3 to 6 months or even more but it is mainly dependent on the book author/hirer.

A ghostwriter is hired for his or her quality of work but not for the ghostwriter's name as a book writer. But there are plenty of ways a ghostwriter can make deals in which a ghost can cut with the book author and produce a contract that Semmes good or fair to the ghostwriter and then a contract is signed with the ghostwriter and the book author to ensure that the ghostwriter gets paid and the author receives the necessary content.

For Example, the ghostwriter can take a lower or fair fee (based on their experience level) but if the title/book is expected to sell well and weirdly then $10000 can be paid in advance to the ghostwriter as a sum which can be paid all at once or partly out the book in advance. Mostly the ghostwriter takes around 10-20% of the book's profit (may weary if you are on a contract) over the time the book is sold. This method is usually only done under the circumstances that the book/title is expected to sell very well and make high-profit margins.

Alternatively, the ghostwriter can also take a lower fee if credit is shared with the book author. Again I only suggest this when you and the book author expect the book/title to sell well. This helps to add prestige to the ghostwriter's name and shows the achievement that the ghostwriter has achieved.

Where to begin your ghostwriting journey?

The first place I would recommend is solid Gigs as it isn't saturated and less competitive and the next place is Upwork as it is a good place to begin as a ghostwriter the next site you should visit is flex jobs I would recommend that you start from here and build your way up to your goal.

That's all thanks for reading!

Bye!!
