The Supreme Court has always had an important contribution in the judicial and constitutional system of India because it has always been the foremost for running the country's system smoothly and constitutionally, and the judges sitting in it have done their work sincerely and It would not be an exaggeration to say that 'this is India's greatest faith'. Recently, Supreme Court judge Fali Nariman retired and CJI Ramana said on the event of this retirement – we have lost the lion protecting the judicial institution , Nariman, the second Fali in the Supreme Fort, who delivered the verdict in the Sabarimala case, retired on Thursday. CJI NV Ramana bid him farewell. In this ceremony, CJI Ramana said- With the retirement of Justice Nariman, we have lost a lion protecting the judicial institution. He has been one of the pillars of the existing judicial system. He is a principled person, committed to what is right. I am sure many more chapters will be written in his life. As per tradition, on the last day of the working day, Justice Nariman shared the bench with the CJI. The CJI said, “Justice Nariman is a storehouse of legal acumen. His retirement comes as a surprise. Is the age of such persons an appropriate criterion for deciding the period of retirement? of the Supreme Court
