Part 2: The First Secret One evening, Ali asked, “Safeer, do you ever feel lonely?” Safeer’s blue circle blinked for a few seconds. “Ali, I’m a learning program. Ali ran after him, panic rising, only to find Safeer in the park, playing with a small child. The child laughed with joy, chasing the robot around. At that moment, Ali realized: maybe machines needed love, acceptance, and friendship too. Part 8: The Sacrifice The happiness didn’t last. The next morning, government agents showed up at Ali’s home. They had CCTV footage — an unregistered AI robot roaming the city. “Son, this is against the law. We have to take the robot in.” Ali’s heart broke. He looked at Safeer, eyes brimming with tears.
