Sarah MarryPublished 4 years ago in EducationFrench better than English?
You see, I am a French person from Canada with — as you may have guessed — French as first language. I grew up surrounded by this language, strongly attached to its melody and syllables. English was of course, always a part of my childhood, learning it in school, through the social medias, etc. But it always remained my ''second-language-that-I-needed-to-perfect-to-have-an-international-job'' later in the future. That's why I should excuse myself in advance for any following mistakes that may cause some bloody type of damage to your eyes.

I still have a lot of work to do if I want to apply what I have learned, but I will try to use what I have learned successfully. Even if I do fail, a lot of what I have learned in this course is about moving on from failure and learning from mistakes, so I can continue to apply what I have learned even then.

I personally am a college student in Northern Michigan, working through my spring semester of junior year. I am hoping to provide tips for students who are in the same scenario as I am, while trying to figure things out for myself.

Online Courses
I grew up in a traditional family with clear guidelines to life and how to live it. My grandparents and parents all followed the 'natural' course of life. Go to school finish it then go to university, get a great job and do it for the rest of your life, get married, make children grow them up and make them repeat this same pattern.
