The act of bullying
Yesterday was Timmy’s first day at his new school and he loved it, however, after school, Timmy ran into a group of older boys while walking home. The older boys ended up dumping all of Timmy’s stuff out of his backpack and began laughing at him. Timmy cried all the way home and begged his parents to stay home from school. Most schools have the same problem with bullying. No kid should have to beg their parents to stay home because of bullying. In order to sustain a healthy social life for kids, there must be ways to stop bullying. We need to understand the types of bullying in order to reduce them. The types of bullying include face-to-face and cyberbullying.Face-to-face bullying is much more common than cyberbullying and can even have a worse impact on a student's emotional and physical health. This is because a kid in school has a closer conflict with their bully than online, which means the kid has a greater chance of getting physically hurt. When a kid goes through bullying in their school, they can gather tons of bruises and scratches that he/she might be embarrassed by. This can lead to a kid quitting school or even ending their life. No parent should have to go through this because of their school not being able to prevent bullying.
