SUCCESS



Success does not have a specific definition. There are a lot of definitions or meaning of success, But I will define success as been successful. This means that a successful person is a definition of success, because they motivate everyone to be successful.

When you see successful person, you don't need to be told before you identify or know he/she is successful. That's what we call success, Let use Elon musk as a case study, musk is a successful entrepreneur who owns Tesla Automobile Company, Twitter and SpaceX.... You don't need to be told before you know that Elon musk is a successful person because his success is visible for everyone to see, you don't need a definition to define just to prove Elon musk success.

Do you know everyone can be successful? it's has to do with our MINDSET. Firstly, we need to have the right mindset about success and our self. A lot of people do not believe they can be successful while some see success as things of the world in which they don't want to partake in it especially the highly religious people. Mindset can predict our future success and achievement.

Our mindset determine where we will reach in life. For instance, if you are a doctor, and you have a mindset and vision of becoming the best doctor in your country with determination and hardwork, you will see yourself achieving it.

Our mindset can take us to the top of our career... once you determine to be the best in your field of operation, you will achieve it and you will be called success because your success and action will motivate others to have the right mindset to achieve success in their career. Sometimes, Environment affect mindset, there is a popular saying which is “ The poor becomes poorer and Rich becomes richer” this statement has to do with the environment and people we interact with on daily basis. A person who grows up in slump areas or settlement will mostly believe poverty is a normal thing and he/she may see successful people has scam because he or she have the mindset of been poor base on the environment they comes from. We can call this a fixed mindset. A mindset that is not ready to grow is a fixed mindset, this means you are not willing to improve or become better in career or with yourself. A fixed mindset is not good for success.

To be successful, you have to interact with Successful people and this enable your mindset to grow. Some people ask this question which is "How can I meet a successful people when I have not seen them in person? Well the answer I do give them is you don't need to meet them in person when you can actually buy their books to read. When you read books of successful authors like Dream Big by Ben Carson, How Successful people think by John C Maxwell, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki etc. You have already meet them because they will have shared their experience with you and also help you grow your mindset towards success.

Right mindset is a secret weapon to achieve success, without a growth and right mindset, people are most likely to end up as a failure. To have a growth mindset, you must be ready to learn and take caculated risks.
