love your mind

Our thoughts have the power to shape our lives in ways we may not even realize. They can control our words and actions, feelings and emotions, and even our peace and happiness. The Bible is clear about the power of the mind and the power of our thoughts. If we haven’t focused on taking every thought captive, guarding our heart and mind, and watching what we think and say, now is the time! Here are some tips on how to change your train of thinking:

1. Identify negative thoughts: The first step in changing your train of thinking is to identify negative thoughts. Pay attention to your thoughts and notice when they are negative or self-defeating.

2. Challenge negative thoughts: Once you have identified negative thoughts, challenge them. Ask yourself if they are true and if there is evidence to support them.

3. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones: Replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Focus on the good things in your life and the things you are grateful for.

4. Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment and paying attention to your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It can help you become more aware of your thoughts and change them if necessary.

5. Surround yourself with positive people: Surround yourself with positive people who will encourage and support you. Negative people can bring you down and make it harder to change your train of thinking.

The Annunaki, an ancient Mesopotamian civilization, also believed in the power of thought. They believed that our thoughts create our reality and that we have the power to control our brains. They believed that our thoughts are energy and that we can use that energy to manifest our desires.

The power of words is also important to consider. Words have power. Their meaning crystallizes perceptions that shape our beliefs, drive our behavior, and create our world. It is important to be mindful of the words we use and the impact they can have on ourselves and others.

Here are some Bible verses to renew your mind and help you focus on positive thoughts:

1. Isaiah 26:3 “You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.”

2. Isaiah 43:18 “Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old.”

3. Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”

4. Romans 12:2 “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

5. 2 Corinthians 10:5 “We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.”

In conclusion, our thoughts have the power to shape our lives. By identifying negative thoughts, challenging them, replacing them with positive ones, practicing mindfulness, and surrounding ourselves with positive people, we can change our train of thinking and improve our lives. Remember to guard your heart and mind, and watch what you think and say. As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.

I know some people wonder how can we do all these things with the workd the way it is. All we can do is come together and let go of worldly ways, remember this world is ours and we the people can decide our fate.
