To make a positive impact and create a lasting impression, it's crucial to avoid seven harmful speaking habits and embrace four essential principles that foster effective communication.

The seven harmful speaking habits that we must avoid at all cost to prevent what it is called war /conflict or what damage people name are listed below from one to seven:

7. Confusing facts with opinions, which can lead to confusion and miscommunication.

On the other hand, the four essential or important principles for effective communication are:

1. Honesty: Being truthful and transparent in our words and actions, which builds trust and credibility.By say something the way it is not removing or adding to it.

2. Authenticity: Being ourselves and speaking from our hearts, which creates a sense of connection and rapport.

3. Integrity: Being responsible and reliable in our words and actions, which fosters respect and admiration.

4. Kindness: Wishing well for others and communicating with empathy, which creates a positive and supportive environment.

By avoiding harmful habits and embracing these principles, we can become more effective communicators and create a more compassionate and understanding world. Effective communication is not just about conveying information; it's about building relationships, resolving conflicts, and creating a positive impact on those around us or in our neighborhood .
