Good health is an invaluable gift of nature, and a great blessing. Some of the philosophers say that the poverty can be tolerated again, in misery days and person can survive, but ill health takes the form of a punishment for man.

"If you are not hard-fisted, Health is enough blessings."

When we talk about health and wellbeing, people generally take it to mean physical health, although tan correctness is a mixture of two words, i.e. tan and rightness. In this sense, the rightness of the biological organs means the rightness of the body.

“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

Of course, the human body should be right and healthy, but it is a limited and poor concept of health. In modern medical science, the concept of health comes out in a very ubiquitous way. According to the World Health Organization, health is the name of a condition in which a person is physically, mentally and socially correct. A person cannot be declared healthy merely on the basis of physical appearance or absence of illness. In order to be healthy, it is necessary for a person to be accurate and balanced in all three contexts. Physical, mental and social balance is the foundation of human health.

Although a person's complete wellbeing means not only physical, but also mental/mental health. Sadly, most people around the world are unaware of the true meaning of mental health. This is the reason why mental health principles are not taken care of, mental illnesses are not diagnosed accurately and timely. The World Health Organization and health experts believe that only a person with good mental health can be considered, who has the following qualities.

• Be well aware of your abilities.

• Be well in maintaining relationships with family and environment

• He should be able to cope with the pressures of daily life.

• Someone can do something beneficial.

• Be able to benefit the society.

At this point, we should also be aware of the signs, whose presence could be signs of warning. For example, if a person develops more anxiety, anxiety, fear and anxiety than usual, doubts unnecessarily in various matters, looks constantly sad and sad, feels a change in mood out of the ordinary (this change can appear in the form of yasyat, unusual happiness, anger and irritability), first very sociable and lively, then immediately adopt social distance. And if there is a dramatic change in the case of loneliness, there is a dramatic change in terms of hunger and sleep (which can happen in both cases of deficiency and lack), then we should pay close attention to it. It is quite possible that such a person has suffered from a psychological disease or may suffer in the near future.

According to a study, 80% of adult population in the United States contacts a psychiatrist at least once in their life. In this regard, the situation in third world countries is very worrisome and unpleasant. According to recent data released by the World Health Organization, about one billion people around the world suffer from some kind of mental illness. More importantly, every seventh of them is young. According to the World Health Organization, in the first year of the corona virus epidemic, the rate of disorders such as depression and anxiety increased by more than 25 percent.

As much as possible efforts should be made to improve the self-esteem and self-awareness of patients suffering from mental illness, while protecting them from abusive behavior. Then most importantly, we also have to raise awareness in the society that mental illness is not a defect at all. Psychiatric disorders are treatable and their treatment is as important as physical diseases, so that patients with mental illnesses and their families do not hesitate to consult psychologists.
