Let me share a story with you!

There was a girl who was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that caused her to feel extreme fatigue, joint pain and headaches. She used to neglect her health and carry on with her busy schedule. But soon the health issues take its toll and she found herself canceling plans, missing out on social events, and feeling completely isolated.

One evening a close friend of her misunderstood her and tells her she is always so tired and joked about her being always sick. This incident made her question herself and she is convinced that she is just a burden on everyone for her health issues.

For long time she used to believe that her condition is her problem. But then she discovered guided meditation and realized her capacity of resilience, strength and she viewed her health challenges as a teacher who teaches her the importance of listening to her body.

I am sure this story is inspiring and you realized how healing meditation can be your opportunity for growth.

Guided Meditation for Healing: What is it?

Guided meditation for healing is a therapeutic practice where you can heal yourself physically and emotionally. In this technique a trained instructor or a guide leads you through a series of mental exercises which helps to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

When you practice self healing meditation you usually focus on specific areas of your pain or discomfort. Visualizing healing energy flowing through your body, and affirming positive thoughts for recovery can help you to enter into your subconscious mind resulting in release of negative emotions promoting a deep sense of relaxation and balance.
