He graduated from the faculty of Agriculture
He enrolled in the university through the admissions office.
He studied for four years, experiencing both the easy and the difficult. During his studies, the outlines of his dreams began to appear. He became fully convinced that self-employment, starting with a plot of land granted by the state, could build his future project. However, he joined the military service. When he finished his service, he found that the land project had vanished, so he traveled to Iraq in search of livelihood. At the invitation of his classmates and neighborhood friends, he refused to take any official job until he became familiar with the social system. Indeed, he found himself unable to adapt to the situation there, so he decided to return to his homeland. He joined a private company, but society preferred a job with a fixed salary. He applied to the Ministry of Manpower.
The surprise was that he was offered a teaching position. He went to take up the job, only to be shocked. He was appointed as an agricultural education teacher. Everyone knew that an agricultural education teacher was a job without real purpose. What should he do? Should he refuse? And if he refused, where would he go? Finally, he listened to someone's advice: take the position and look for another job. Then he applied for leave. Everyone does that. He agreed and went to complete the procedures. He took over the job, carrying out those procedures while hoping something would happen to completely change things.
But the first teacher who took over was a clever man who knew how to persuade those around him to work. He told him he was a guest at the school for a week to prove himself, to strengthen his resolve. He considered this week a period before the execution of his dreams and ambitions.
But he stayed up nights wondering how he would start his first day. If he failed and what he feared happened, he wouldn't be able to continue. He began to search, listen, watch, think, and study.
The topics in the curriculum didn't cover anything, and he wasn't qualified for it. Then, by chance, he found a book on the general objectives of agricultural education. It was nice to read, but it didn't achieve what was needed. What was needed was knowledge that would fill his mind, topics that would build his confidence.
The week passed, and he didn't make any tangible progress.
He was facing a weakness in his knowledge, a weakness in his self-confidence, a fatal weakness resulting from the students' ridicule. But divine mercy was on his side. He gathered his courage and entered the classroom. In complete silence, the students turned around and found a stranger in the classroom. He appeared, a gift from heaven. He asked each student to stand and say their full name and what their father did. This took up an entire class period. The remaining period was for "What Does the Gift from Heaven Do?" He began by introducing himself as the new agricultural education teacher. Before the students could react, he surprised them with a question worth 10 pounds. At this point, the students forgot their sarcasm and started thinking about the answer. What was the question? The government appointed teachers for subjects in which students don't take exams. They neither pass nor fail. These subjects are agricultural education, physical education, and music education. Why? The class witnessed a battle of giants to win the reward, but they all failed to answer. The answer was what the students wanted to talk about. How many football players are there in Egypt? They answered, "Many!" How many players are there in the world? Millions! How many are truly talented? Few! How much do talented players earn? A lot! Physical education is an opportunity to discover talent.
What about those who aren't talented? The magic question: Does anyone want to become rich? Everyone shouted, "Yes!" Yes
Today we will explain how to become a young entrepreneur.
Agricultural education offers you small projects that you can implement and that will grow with you. How so? A chicken-raising project: a small coop that a group can participate in. A pigeon-raising project, especially for homing pigeons, as they are expensive. The lesson ended while he was still working, and the students even went out to him to gather more information. He was in the middle of the schoolyard, surrounded by a large crowd. He impressed his classmates.
In fact, the school principal applauded him in respect and admiration for his outstanding ability. From the very first lesson, his presence at the school became like that of a shepherd—a shepherd of the students' future. How happy he was when he walked down the street and encountered a student with their mother or father; they would rush to greet him with respect and appreciation. At the end of the school year, the Ministry held an exhibition of educational activities, and everyone was delighted when some parents came with their children to help move the exhibits and even assist in displaying them. He gained self-confidence, and one day he found a parent offering to participate in one of the projects he had taught the students. He agreed and chose a plant nursery project. And so, he fulfilled a dream that had likely grown in his mind and heart.
