EMPOWERMENT OF YOUTH THROUGH TECHNOLOGY

What imparting technological skills to young people who lack experience can lead to employment and entrepreneurial chances There are still a lot of young people who lack skills and are frequently disregarded in a world where there is a greater need than ever for trained professionals. However, these young people have unrealized potential that, with the right support, can turn them into invaluable assets for the workforce, much like stones that are dormant in the natural world. My goal as a tech trainer is straightforward: to collect the uncut stones and turn them into precious diamonds.

The Stone to Gem Transformation

Imagine a rock garden, filled with rough, unpolished stones. Each stone, though seemingly plain and unremarkable, holds the possibility of becoming something far more precious—a gem. In my journey as a trainer, I see every unskilled youth as a stone in need of guidance, mentorship, and the right tools to become a skilled individual. And then, like crushing a crushing machine that turns an uncut and rough stone into something shining bright like a diamond, I help grind down all obstacles that can encumber their blossoming into flower. Chisels such as Python, Java, and Office Automation Tools take its shape.

The world of technology is not the same day-to-day as compared to earlier; the world where skills in technical fields could access many more ways for people. I teach my students practical, high-demand skills that can open doors to countless job opportunities and entrepreneurial ventures.
