What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I've been using Constant Contact since 2005. It is an indispensable tool for my small business. I love that I can send emails, create automated campaigns, create landing pages, and more. It is SUPER easy to use, very intuitive, and they have great customer service for the VERY few times I have needed extra support.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

The event platform could use a little work, but I know that is a feature that is in the process of getting upgraded. I would love to see a blend of their lead generation landing pages and customizable landing pages, as I want the ability to make an attractive landing page that will also collect lead information.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Almost all of my marketing needs can be handled within one platform. It is so convenient to have all of these different tools talking with each other! Having a suite of products all in one place is such a time saver for me.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Constant contact is an easy way to expand our marketing and keep in contact with clients that have had services with us over the years. We tried mail chimp previously and the system was difficult to use and ultimately uneffective. We have had great outreach experience with constant contact and have had excellent feedback from clients as well.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Constant contact has alot of features we still have yet to discover. It would be great if there were training modules or walk throughs for all the features of the system.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Constant contact has solved our mass marketing dilemma as well as given us a way to contact clients whom we have not spoken to in some time. By using constant contact we send out monthly newletters to all clients, as well as tips, tricks and reminders.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

The most helpful thing about Constant Contact is that it works. I tried (literally) 23 mail services like this one (starting with the monkey), and none were as clean and easy to use as Constant Contact. The reports are fantastic afterwards, and automation does exactly what I need it to - make my life easier! The best part, though (other than it actually works!) is that if there are any issues, customer service is extremely responsive and helpful.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Frankly, if I didn't complain about the cost, then I'd be remiss. Constant contact isn't the cheapest option around. However, it works. It would be nice if I could link it to our Microsoft 365 app for automatic updating of contacts, but I don't think Microsoft allows it. Sure would be nice, though!

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have a clunky, untraceable method of sending out monthly newsletters. Once I got the contacts setup here, sending out a newsletter is quick and painless. And we can see who opened them, what links they clicked on, and everything - so we can see what works and what doesn't.

I do wish there was a way we could only pay for the services we use - we don't use any of the other features, just email marketing.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Constant Contact has been super easy for our team to learn and use. The drag-and-drop features let us make campaigns fast, and now they implement SMS!

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Some of the integrations are a little clunky or require third party software.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform is helping us stay engaged with our customers and reach out to new ones. We've been more productive this year than in years past with the new features.
