challenges that stop your growth

-Written by hayaadnan

In today's world people are surrounded by responsibilities and the burden of growing in a world of finding scope and new opportunities. Whereas they also have multiple chances to live and to choose their goals and aims to achieve them the way they like, but what makes them stop is their own selves who keep judging their abilities and flair. Although life is not sometimes fair, I agree but it is also not correct to take all the burden of the real challenges of life. In spite of that let’s discuss those real-life challenges which are important to know and to grow as a person in now a day’s world. And as we understood few of them, we can help ourselves to make a positive change in life also in the process of making a good journey.

1. POWER OF LEARING:

As a person living in a society where you have tough competition to make yourself according to your interest and skills. You might get many shots to play around but you are getting back and not giving yourself a chance to at least be nearby it is duped.

Whereas you wanted that thing to happen in your favor, but you are missing it by not believing in your skills and flair. You can make way more things happen in your favor by just believing in yourself and learning daily.

2. COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

If you are not interactive, it's ok to choose your comfort first then make things run in your way. You can also develop new skills and learn up to date new things from books and the internet and perform wisely.

There is no point giving yourself a reason for not growing because you are less interactive for all that you have many more ways to grow sensibly which is mentioned above.

3. INEFFECTIVENESS OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY:

As you are passing your childhood you need to pay proper attention to your timeline to achieve your objectives and purpose. But if you are keeping yourself away from taking the burden of your own ideas and desires then what is the purpose of growing up in a world of experiencing and being a part of an education system?

Taking responsibility for your actions and decisions plays a vital role in your growth. There may be a big thing waiting for you and you are not noticing and don’t make a change for it.

4. FEAR OF FAILURE:

Fear of failure can hold individuals back from taking risks and pursuing new opportunities, which can prevent them from growing and learning from their experiences.

This fear can build self-doubt. However, when fear becomes overwhelming and prevents individuals from taking risks and pursuing their goals, it can be problematic.

It is very important to have control over your fear of failure and keep yourself motivated and provoke yourself to grow in the field of education and being a right person in the growing world.

5. ACADEMIC RECORD:

It is also a major part of the growing process in the world of learning and experiencing new things. They may judge themselves based on their grades, test scores, or their ability to excel in extracurricular activities.

But it should not be a reason to judge your abilities and growth and the reason to walk away from the things that you wanted to explore and learn in depth. Although you can have plenty of ways to work smart and hard for the upcoming practical life and achievements.

6. ABILITY TO MAKE A CHANGE:

Refusing to change one's perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors can limit growth and prevent individuals from reaching their full potential. Change can be scary, especially if it involves stepping into new things and making decisions on your own.

It can be caused by being demotivated and by taking risks on your own. Being open to new experiences and ideas is key to personal growth.

The ability to make a change for yourself is a journey to learn new things and make yourself different from others.

7. GIVE PRIORITY TO YOUR PERSPECTIVE:

Nowadays youth may judge themselves based on their personal values, beliefs, ideas and choices. They may feel conflicted if their actions don't align with their values or if they don't feel they are living up to their potential. If you are not giving respect to your ideas and perspective, then it causes lack of focus and by not having a clear vision or goal.

This can be harmful for personal growth as well as for being a part of a learning journey. It should be stopped by the person and as an individual. There should be keen interest in building up your career and fulfilling goals.
