Money wasted unfortunately

I met a man in my building around October of 2025! I tell you this story because these are the types of stories that you don't want to learn From, police are too lazy to prosecute, and the chances are slim that my money will Never be returned to me!

Yes, a BAD investment that has cost me a total of $3165 and that’s not counting other damages and stress this has caused me! I met Omar Arellano and his wife Stephanie Serna and they were going through some humbling times. So I thought to explore a business adventure with Omar! This was a mistake! Never go into business with someone who cannot document a upfront cost analysts! Yes, I was dumb and let my emotions get the best of me!

The start up time continuously kept changing and this turned into a money pit with no positive outcome to open the doors for business!

Text from Omar

How quickly they can turn on you and claim that you lied! I’m sharing this story to not shame the fake Church-attending couple, but to educate you of a financial mistake to avoid! Since the police stated that this was not a crime with intent to fraud, and with no known address to serve the thieves in a civil case, I’m left with a story to tell! This is not slander and all info I provide is true and correct according to everyone!

Now this is the man who came to my doorstep asking for money to feed him and his wife between paychecks! Not trying to shame him! Just highlighting that we should be careful who we help when they are down! The true character of Omar came to light when he Used the funds I gave him for his personal use and not the needs of the business!

Startup money sent to Stephanie

Again, my motivation is to educate those who desire to go into business, but do it wisely! Use a professional notary! Not someone’s friend!

More Text Msg From Omar

Now this is the text that Omar sends to insinuate that his notary friend can testify that I wasn’t present to sign the documents. This is why I say you get a third-party notary, who is not personal friends with you or your potential business partner because of things go south everything could be properly documented from a proper source.

Here are some Things you want to keep in mind when going into business with someone!

1. Establish a startup cost and timeline! Stick to this and document all revisions and changes!

2. Use Banking and 3rd-party sources to track your money and agreements (I totally missed the document part by being lazy)

A total of $3165 loss

My Insurance 101 page was built to educate others about life! Life happens and sometimes Insurance is often over look (even by me) when your trust people too much!

3. There are no “friends” in business! Business is Never personal!

4. Establish a mailing address for all parties! Since this debacle has begun, Omar and Stephanie has disappeared in the wind with no known address! This has made it almost impossible to serve them when it comes to civil suits!

5. Most importantly, keep your emotions out of all and never comingle funds. Through the process, Omar was sending me photos that he got in an accident which I think were fake!

I should’ve known when he started sending me pictures like this

There is so much more info provide! I stand on truth, so I have no fear of anyone trying to push slander charges against me. I go back to the drawing board and start one I protect my peace and my mental capacity as I continue to provide my for my Kids!

Be cautious of those who play on your emotions cannot protect Everything!

Empty promises!

Protect your assets and Never put your emotions into business!
