Avenue Car Hire & Leasing Ltd. was founded in 1977. Its initial objective was focused on the operation of a fuel station under the Kenya Shell brand. By 1984 Avenue Car Hire & Leasing started its own fleet with four vehicles. That number has grown substantially to over 250 vehicles and over 65 drivers.

Today Avenue Car Hire & Leasing is a leading force in Corporate Car Hire and Leasing industry in Kenya. Our strong commitment to provide high quality cars and service has been instrumental to our growth over the years and sets us apart.

Avenue Car Hire’s primary focus is providing services mainly to MNC’s and Corporates. Over the 44 years we have been in existence, we have worked with over 300 companies in providing vehicle Hire or Leasing Services. Currently Avenue is supporting over 75 companies with various services, over 50% of these companies have been with Avenue for over 5 to 10 years and some for over 20 years. The Companies we support range in all industries and span over numerous countries.

We provide Leasing on either New or Second Hand Vehicles for a minimum period of 1 year and onwards.

HOW CAR LEASING WORKS

STEP 1

Client forwards their unique request of the various types of vehicles they need

STEP 2

Avenue offers the best solution by providing a supporting quotation and professional advice to that aligns with every client’s unique need

STEP 3

On agreement, the client issues a formal order or a commitment letter to Avenue on the selected vehicle as per the terms and rates on the quotation

STEP 4

The client submits all the required KYC documents to Avenue

STEP 5

Both the Client and Avenue’s representatives sign the Lease Agreement provided by Avenue

STEP 6

Avenue initiates the purchase procedure for the required vehicle(s) and can offer interim vehicle(s) for use from the existing fleet before completion of the sourcing process

STEP 7

Avenue prepares the delivery of the new vehicle(s) on completion of the purchase process with a quick checklist done on the vehicle to ascertain that the vehicle has been delivered in a good condition

STEP 8

Ad hoc Review meetings between the Client and Avenue to ensure smooth running of services
