The thought of avoiding anger is very necessary for mankind. When we think about any object in our mind, its nature will be clearly visible, so that we can avoid the evils that may arise and devise methods in which way we can convert it into a beneficial action.

Origin of anger

Instead of friends and relatives, we have seen that anger comes more often from people who love us and live for our welfare. At the height of this human society, which has a culture of doing good to those who do evil, thoughts and emotions that give evil to those who do good grow rapidly and it works through sin, so we must avoid that anger.

What is anger?

Animosity is an emotional feeling of hostility that causes suffering in the present and perpetuates suffering in the future, everyone has experienced how deadly anger is, let's look at the pros and cons of anger (explosive anger disorder).

• Benefits of anger

There are no benefits from anger but there are many benefits from false anger.

• Disadvantages of anger

If there is anger, it hurts other people's hearts and spoils one's body and mind.

What are the six guans of six enemies or evil?

What are the six guans of six enemies or evil?

Six enemies of the mind

• Desire (kami),

• Anger (kosha),

• Lobar (greed),

• Sense of I (made),

• Attachment (mocha), and

• Partiality (mastery)

In the order of the six qualities, anger takes the second place, desire comes first, anger is controlled by control of desire, anger is controlled, and patience is the state of the mind that patience will be a pillar for the human race to rise higher and attain good moral benefits and set itself up for success. Everyone tries so hard to avoid anger but most of them do not succeed and very few succeed.

When I learned about a training program that was practically possible to eliminate this sin, I researched the process and implemented it, so many people benefited from it. Before exploring a practical training program, research on anger should be conducted. What causes anger? You have to know that, you have to know how to deal with what it is coming out of.

Anger (i am angry) is the worst of the evil qualities. When we say I get angry, we become angry and we ourselves become angry. Desire is the cause of anger. If that desire is not fulfilled, then anger arises. Because of that anger, we misbehave with those around us, which spoils us and those around us.

If you look at a wooden toy and look at a tree, it is not a toy, if you look at the shape of a toy, it is not a tree. We have to go to the office on time,

For example,

• we have to catch the train at 10 o'clock, so we have to eat and be ready by 9 o'clock, when we see this, it is a desire that arises due to the compulsion of our work, but when we start cooking at 8 o'clock, when we start at 9 o'clock, we are late to go to the office, so we get angry with the person who can cook.

• He wants his daughter to be the first student in the exam but his daughter is not studying well so he gets angry with his daughter.

• The wish is to get one lakh for himself in the prize ticket but the wish is fulfilled due to a number change and then he gets angry without knowing who is on top of what and shows that anger on the bad newspaper.

• We are looking for death because of anger, how does it mean that when we get angry, our blood flow accelerates three times per second, so that our body cannot bear it and death occurs.
