1. SELL ONLINE COURSES OR E-BOOKS ON A NICHE TOPIC

Let's start off with creating online courses and e-books. This is a good topic to start on because once you create a class or a book one time. It can be scaled online to a very large amount and it can reach a huge amount of readers or learners very fast. That's the power of the internet! By creating a course on Udemy or other websites you can demonstrate your expertise or knowledge on topics you know to create passive income. Creating courses on knowledge/information that you know can be very lucrative. E-books can be a great way to get your knowledge out to the general public. E-books are more available to the general public than regular books so they have a much bigger reach. Both are great options to creating passive income because once you create your online course or e-book once. You can spread your class or e-book fast on the internet and create income from sales of it.

2. CREATE A BLOG AND SELL ADVERTISING

Creating a blog and writing about a topic that you are passionate about can be a great way to earn passive income. Once you create a blog online about what you like. There are many ways to monetize your brand. You could sell ad space on your website if it gets a lot of traffic. You could also include affiliate links from places like Amazon for example which will earn you passive income. You could also sell your traffic/ad space to other ad companies which pay a better rate. Affiliate marketing is also a good way to earn passive income from a blog. If your website is an e-commerce store then you are also earning income from selling your product. Just make sure to reorder the product you sell.

3. SELL ONLINE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

This is a space where you can get creative. What are you knowledgeable about? You can use your expertise about whatever topic you know about to sell your expertise or services to other people online. What you know is valuable and there is definitely a market for other people who want to learn what you know. If you market yourself correctly as a professional you will be able to sell your knowledge/service to other people who are looking for your expertise. This can be very lucrative for passive income because once you know knowledge or a service it's difficult for other people to learn it the same as you. Thus if you are good at what you do you can sell your service/knowledge at a good price and earn good passive income.

4. CREATE A YOUTUBE CHANNEL AND SELL ADVERTISING

This ties in to being able to sell your knowledge/services to other people. If you are an expert at let's say Cooking. There is a huge market of people who want to learn cooking and that want to learn from someone who is experienced and knows what they are doing. In this case figure out what you are good/knowledgeable at and create content on YouTube. Once you create content that is engaging and works for the algorithm then you will be able to drive traffic to your account. Once you have traffic at your account then you can sell advertising to willing buyers. When your channel gets a good amount of views then people will naturally look to partner with you so that their brand can get some recognition. Use that advertisement money as passive income.

5. AFFILIATE MARKETING

This can tie in to any type of online business you have. If you have any type of content that brings viewers. You can monetize your content by selling affiliate marketing space to customers/brands. Naturally once you start driving traffic to your website other companies will try to earn some money from you by giving you money for affiliate marketing. This can be very lucrative and relatively hands off. I know Amazon at minimum does affiliate marketing and you can make money for every sale on Amazon even if it is a product that you didn't create. There is lot's of space for Affiliate marketing and it can tie into reviewing products or telling your viewers about what you use for your daily work.
