Introduction To Blogging Tools
Introduction
Ok… I’m not gonna stretch this article. If you are reading this, you probably came for some tools, apps, and extensions for developing and designing websites.
The apps I’m gonna talk about in this article are gonna be organized as optimization, Icons, Color Theme, Images, and Design.
Optimization
Web.Dev
This is a tool made to test, analyze, and correct the performance and speed of the web you created or any random website which decide to open on the internet. Simply put up, it tells you how much your audience has to suffer/wait to get to your website.

Tiny Images/Compressor.io
If you are one of those developers who use images for everything(from buttons background to title text), or maybe you just want to make your web fast and intuitive, Tiny images do your job well. It decreases the size of an image by commonizing the pexels with low noise. This makes your web load faster.
Tiny Images
And if you don’t like tiny images(for some reason), you could also go with compressor.io which is the same as tiny images.

Icons
Material Icons(Google)
If you know flutter(Google’s framework for SwiftUI), you know the material theme. And material icons, interlock perfectly with the theme so that you can stay in the google framework/ecosystem for the rest of the development life. It gives a bunch of icons with the same design
Monstr
I used to struggle as a beginner to get fonts from the internet. Some were not suitable for my web, and some were just not good at all. Icon Monstr gives one single place to get all sorts of fonts you want and most of the awesome fonts you get are pretty much free so you don’t have to pay for them.

Color Theme
UI Gradient
UI Gradient is a website used to create gradients colors that go with each other well. It’s a good one to get started in designing for beginners and intermediates, but if you want complete control over the colors you want(and you are confident that your colors will do well), you can create this yourself.

Images
Images are arguably the most eye-catching part of a website and a website without images gives your a pale, empty web experience filled with just letters and passages.
Pexels
If you want a website with static images, for your backgrounds or some good-looking landscapes to keep the audience in their seat, you might want to use pexels. The wallpapers/images in this place are taken by professionals and are not looking to copyright strike everyone who uses it(although mentioning their names would be great).

Unsplash
Let’s you want a random image(related to the topic) to show up every time you reload a page. Well, you can do that using Unsplash. You give a list of tags for your images and generate a link. Every time you load a link, a different image appears. This is helpful to you if you want your audience to not get bored of the background(if that is your priority.)

Design
Figma/AdobeXD/Sketch
Of course, if you want to develop a website, then planning and designing should be what you want to do before developing. This is where Figma/AdobeXD/Sketch comes in. All of the 3 software do the same thing, Although XD is freemium and Sketch is… well… “Apple-minded”.

Illustrations & Vector Art:
UnDraw
Remember the time Google popularized the over-unproportional character of vector art, yeah… that is still a trend and will continue to be for a long time.
UnDraw is a store where you can search around and find any kind of vector art you need. It’s fast, easy to use, and simple. Just go to the website and browse for the vector art you need.
Font Resources
Font Awesome
This is a collection of characters, pictures, and so on… made into a downloadable font. There are many such fonts in font awesome and are either paid or free(of course).
Google Fonts
if you want normal text icons(unlike font awesome), this one is for you.
Google fonts are offered mostly free fonts(so you don’t have to worry about a paid wall) and are generally of high quality. I usually use google fonts for projects which use a simple material approach that is simplistic and easy to go about.

Conclusion
I’m sure there are many more which you know about. Let me know about them in the comment section. I’ll post more on this on my YouTube channel so you might want to check that out over there as well.
I’ll be posting smaller stuff like this on my Twitter so you might want to check that out.
