The problem with the world

The problem with the world is some of the people on it. These people seem to share many traits and behaviours. They put themselves ahead of everyone else, everything they do must benefit a tiny minority and they always believe themselves to be right. They also tend to have a ridiculous amount of money and generally are very unpleasant people.

They get poorer people to support them, stop the elite etc etc. These poorer people seem to fail to notice that the people saving them from the elite, are the elite. Big companies, big governments and big land owners have rich people at the top, making more money. Trump repeatedly boasts that he isn’t taking his president wages, while keeping quiet about the estimated $2billion dollars added to his wealth while in the white house.

He is one of the worst people, believing himself superior because he’s rich. Constantly boasting about his repeated passing of what he thinks is an IQ test, its actually a dementia test that the average 5 year old could pass. He usually uses this among his insults to journalists who ask him a difficult question. Either that or calls a woman piggy, tells others to shut up and then picks on the tv station they represent. The sycophants around him are too cowardly to stop him and he will continue with his rampant destruction home and abroad.

The war/excursion/punch up/skirmish has not only caused harm in America but round the world. Fuel prices have rocketed, food and goods have risen in price due to the fuel needed to transport them and Trump will tell you again and again they have destroyed Iran and its army. Even though there was a peace deal in place, he decided to rip it up and try and get one with his name on. Something that he has massively failed at.

His superiority complex is all he thinks he needs to act in any way he feels. Experts , including ones he hired, said don’t attack Iran. He thought himself superior and went in head first, ignoring the law of having to speak to congress first. Congress told him off a bit but keeps giving him billions to buy bombs to kill innocent adults and children. When other countries wouldn’t help he went into his usual sulks and threatened other countries.

He blows up speedboats, kidnaps presidents and steals from other countries, and he believes there’s nothing wrong because America is big and so is his head. No matter how many rules he breaks very little is done. He decided that his name had to go on the Kennedy centre, when he was finally told no he closed the centre and is now threatening to destroy it if his name isn’t added. He demanded Denmark give him Greenland , so that he could protect America from Russian or Chinese boats sailing past Greenland. The route was usually frozen , but now that global warming is melting the ice its becoming clear. Its ok though because Trump says global warming is fake. He also forgets that America is closer to Russia than Greenland.

The big problem is that Trumps war has a massive effect on so many countries, while far less on the country that started the war. Fuel is blocked or slowed down, fertilizer supplies are delayed along with natural gas. All essential for many countries and many products made in those countries. Some things have to be brought in because we cant replace the items, surely there’s other options for at least some items. Here in the UK we could grow more food if the infrastructure was in place, we are also drilling for natural gas once more.

America sends us sweets, chocolate, crisps and fizzy drinks, surely something we could do. We also import branded health and beauty products, again surely items we could make. Unfortunately there are probably a large group of people who buy goods because of the brand. We would need the companies to build in the UK or to licence their products to existing manufacturers.

With global warming doing so much damage less movement of goods would surely be a good thing. Its laziness and convenience that holds us back. Buying cheap products from Asian sweat shops and ignoring the human rights issues. Shein are one of the sweat shop brands, sending us products with dangerous and banned products in most of their items.

We need a society with less reliance on others to exist. We cant produce a handful of things but we can do far more . We have skilled workers, just too little for them to do. When Trump starts shouting about tariffs we should say fine, bye. Stop importing until he leaves power, even though the tariffs are actually paid by the people that import the goods, not the exporter. Though as Trump put tariffs on island that was only inhabited by penguins so nothing is a surprise.

Even though internet shopping is killing the high street, there are still local options if you look. If you prefer internet shops then maybe choose a local firm for your goods. Go to the independent coffee shops, clothe shops and grocers. Go and eat at private cafes and pubs, build up your nearest town or village, avoid the biggest names whenever possible. Go to the local markets, use the big supermarkets only for things you cant get anywhere else.

Do something for your own good, less airmiles and less boats full of cheap goods
